      They were very polite I also am disappointed they advertise they mis lead about credit check bad credit approve and no credit check but when I left I was only denied based off not having enough credit but yall advertise bad credit approved no credit check that very misleading I have in writing from you guys I was only denied for not have enough credit history but it strange I made the income 4x what's required . I think yall should not claim bad credit or no credit check because that's untrue for you guys state because you guys do use credit as requirement and it's also state credit has to be above 850 to be approved service was good shouldn't say something that's not true tho

      told would qualify for a loan if the previous loan was paid off. Now refusing to reimburse me my now.money. Never ever Have I ever had any issues with until

      I have tried 2 different locations and was SCAMMED BY BOTH....STAY AWAY ALL THEY DO is take your money and refuse to talk to you again. I have lost over 700 dollars in the last few months dealing with these SCAMMERS. THEY WILL NEVER GET ANY BUSINESS FROM MY FAMILY. OR FRIENDS. PLEASE STAY AWAY.THEY ARE NOÒOO GOOD.

      SCAM SCAM SCAM
      Someone named Davis contacted me and advised me i was approved for $10,000 @ $200. monthly. Then the scam began he told me he was going to deposit $1400.00 in my account and i had to send it back to him in the form of ******* GIFT CARDS, then the settings on my account were changed. I contacted the bank to ask if the see a deposit in my account because my balance reflected that 1400.00, the bank said they do not see a deposit but the see 2 claims that equaled that 1400.00 balance.
      I now have to close that account, if i had used that money the bank would later be coming after me for fraud.

      I fell behind a month called for assistance and was told there were no options available.. I got sent to collections now receiving threatening calls, this company has contacted my husband ex wife and calls every hour. I called the original company to ask what was going on to be told they have no information on my account.. the collection agency won’t provide any documentation but are asking for my account information.. my attorney contacted the number and lady that has been harassing me and he was told they don’t provide that information and hung up on him. I can’t get any information but the company name is National the number is not pulling up on ******

      The customer service over all is great, and I appreciate the help that I needed at the time. The process was quick and simple, but the interest rate is extremely high, and I know that I am being taken advantage of, because after taking a look at my statements the company itself “Advance America” is taking more than half of the payments I make every month, which screams, “I’m being robbed”. I don’t recommend anyone to use this company unless it is truly an emergency or last resort. Prepare yourself for the long drag.

      I had a payment plan set up for my loan. The last two payments I had scheduled were for 1/5/24 and 1/19/24. I had it set up so no payments would be taken from me until the 19th. Today 1/12/24, they took the full remaining amount for my loan. They will not tell me why it happened and that they can't reverse it because the account it closed already.

      They also have the nerve to say to clients who are rightly upset "not to speak to them like that". When a screw up happens on your end you are supposed to be able to handle customers getting frustrated and expect they might curse you out.

      Please don’t come here. I was told that if I lower my loan then my monthly payments would be lower. I borrowed $800 and agreed to $200/monthly payments. I just found out today that my monthly payments are $260 for 6 months so I’m paying a total of $1560, which is $760 for interest! Hidden fees should be illegal. Legit scam. Try ******* **** online instead with low APR rate. Smh. I am so disappointed with Advance America.

      The teller Jenn was kind and courteous she was polite and patient when I had questions nice clean safe environment beautiful ?? Christmas tree in lobby during this season ?? thank you Ms ***** *******
