5 starsWe recently had ATD Restoration replace our roof due to hail damage. The project specialist, Jaron S****, met with me and spent significant time explaining the process from the insurance claim, to the reroofing stage and finalizing the project. He made the process easy to understand. Jaron is very knowledgeable and he made sure that all of our questions were answered completely and that the project was accomplished in a timely manner. During the actual roofing process both Jesse C******* and Jaron were team players which made for a successful completion. The roofing crew that was on the job worked very hard and were highly experienced in their trade. I would highly recommend ATD Restoration.

5 starsWater was dripping from the ceiling and we'd had 3 prior attempts to find/fix the source to no avail. I went out to Nextdoor and read recommendations and ATD (and specifically, Grant) got high praise, so I called.
Grant came out and spent a *lot* of time looking for the problem. He found a few, but wasn't satisfied that he'd found the 'smoking gun' on the main problem so the next day he brought another person along and they looked further, and found it. He provided lots of photos of various things that were going on up there and he worked up estimates to do just the repairs vs to do the main roof. We opted for the roof.
They tarped so we were covered until they could come do the job.
When he came back again to do some checks he noticed some things on the 'new' part of the house - not surprising given the contractor that did it. We opted to go ahead and redo that part, too, which allowed us to change the color of the whole roof to one that matched the the siding better. So, more money, but better result!
The crew showed up at 7 am, worked like maniacs and were done by 3:30. And they cleaned up. Seriously cleaned up.

ATD has serviced ******* at Haywood on a few occasions since I have been the Property Manager and they are awesome! When I call, they come as quickly as they can, diagnose my issue, provide a quote within a few hours and get us scheduled and repaired without hesitation. I can't say thank you enough to ATD!
