  The roof replacement on our home, completed by ATD Roofing, proceeded smoothly and without any significant issues. We obtained estimates from three different companies, but it was Pavel S******* who stood out with his clear and thorough explanation of the entire project. He guided us through each step of the process, presented photographs of the roof’s damage, and discussed its overall condition with professionalism and transparency.
  Pavel also provided us with a detailed proposal and contract outlining the installation of CertainTeed Landmark Pro AR Max Def shingles, along with the ********* **** ****** warranty, which aligned with our preferences.
  Once we signed the agreement, Michael L**** promptly contacted us to gather further information about our property, and Bobby L*****, as Production Manager, began coordinating the project to ensure its timely execution.
  The following day, Jeron S****, our assigned Exterior Restoration Specialist, and his crew arrived early in the morning and completed the full roof replacement in a single day. The work was done efficiently and the site was left clean and orderly — the transformation gave our home a refreshed, polished appearance.
  We would like to extend special thanks to Jeron for his attention to detail and for his willingness to assist us whenever we had questions, always with a helpful and professional attitude.
  We also appreciate Fatima I*****, Administrative Assistant, for maintaining consistent communication with us throughout the entire process. Her responsiveness and support gave us confidence that the project was in capable hands.
  We are very satisfied with the quality of work and customer service provided by ATD Roofing and would highly recommend them to others seeking a reliable and professional roofing company. Many sincere and heartfelt thanks to the entire ATD Roofing team for a job exceptionally well done.

  ATD threw away thousands of dollars worth of our irreplaceable brick. Our house was hit during Hurricane Helene and we had one of our brick walls left half standing. The brick was handmade in the 60s, is no longer available, and there aren’t any proper matches. To avoid having a very obvious difference in appearance, the whole wall needed to be torn down because ATD took and threw away our bricks. ATD refuses to take responsibility for this. They tried to call throwing out our bricks a “miscommunication” but our contract is clear ATD was not supposed to handle anything brick related. We have spent weeks attempting to discuss a resolution but ATD will not respond to us. Would not recommend ATD at all!

  ATD Roofing company repaired the roof of my house and my shed. I couldn't have been more pleased with their services. While they worked on my house,they placed their sign I'm my yard until they finished. They are very professional and work in a timely manner respectively. I truly recommend them for your roofing services and needs.

  I have to leave another review because this company was so patient while my insurance payment check took so long to process and they not only waited a month and a half they never nagged or called !!!!!!!
  When I called to tell them what was going on they were very understanding…… best company to deal with and best support Thank you ATD and Jaron!

  I understand now why the ATD Roofing company has an A+ rating from the BBB. I am recommending them to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair.   I needed help after finding a leak from my roof. My representative Jaron was highly effective and responsive through the process, answering questions and educating me on the process and the decisions needed to be made. I researched independently and confirmed what he was telling me was correct. I recommend this company for anyone in the South Carolina area looking to get their roof replaced/repaired.

  ATD Roofing is a great company for roof repair and replacement. The roof of our home sustained heavy damage from a hailstorm in October of 2023 which needed serious repair. A big, big shout out to Jaron S**** from ATDF roofing who came out and walked our roof with our insurance adjuster. Every area that was observed and noted by ATD Roofing rep Jaron S**** was spot on and our insurance company agreed to replace our entire roof due to the damage. Jaron assured us that a professional installation was guaranteed by ATD, and it was. ATD rep Jaron assisted us with documentation needed for our insurance company to help make a smooth process which was greatly appreciated. Upon completion he assured us that the job was completed to our satisfaction. It was very refreshing to see and get the professional care Jaron took before and after the job was complete. He walked our roof upon completion making sure all work was professionally completed while checking the grounds also around our home to assure all debris was clear. If you ever need a great reliable and professional roof repair or entire roof replacement, ATD Roofing is the company to call.

  We hired ATD Roofing to repair our roof (fascia, gutters & downspouts included) & siding after a severe storm (4/20/24). Each crew did a great job! They were prompt, thorough, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward—no flat tires! As with any big project, there were slight delays (SC ran out of siding-not ATD’s fault) and Jaron made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. His patience and knowledge were really the deciding factors in our going with ATD. He was our liaison with all the moving parts; he and Patrick advocated for us with our insurance company as well. Jaron ensured we had quality work done on our home; we could not be happier! Thank you Jaron and the rest of the ATD roofing family.

  Whatever you do not deal with ATD Roofing because you have a rude and unorganized employee working for them named Christoper C******. He was our contractor for our house and he was good in the beginning,but told lies thoughout the process and we ended up paying more than what he quoted us. Could not ever show us a warranty on our house and my husband texted him time and time again... never a response.... He made the company look bad. so don't ever deal with this company.
