    When my husband and I attended we werent sure what to think. I must say we never expected to buy anything but we are sure glad we did. ************** and awesome discounts. We really appreciate talking to an English speaking agent.

    We purchased the package. Although I will be saving money on the trip I booked, it has been a nightmare to deal with the travel agent assigned to me. She doesn't take calls, doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner. My trip is in June, and hopefully all goes well. A little nervous as I only have 40 min to change flights from ******* to ****. If the trip goes well, I will give a new review but ask for a different agent to use on my next trip.

    Well we thought we would be treated like the timeshare teams treated us and this was the most amazing presentation and very laid back. We signed up and surprisingly booked an ******* cruise the next day. We are excited and happy with the purchase of $5995. We already saved half our membership

    Hi, unfortunately in my previous review I gave zero rating to Members Services Group, confusing them with ******* ******* I spoke to Phillip ****** today and he informed me of my mistake. Mr Gordon stated that Members Services Group is processing my refund and that I will be receiving my full refund within the next three days. He was very professional and understanding of my issues.
