Univox is a very deceptive company. If you recall l/y I opened a ticket for them not paying me for 3 redemptions. Totally ing $100. They allowed me to cash out then cancelled my account. You contacted univox on my behalf to no avail. They closed my account n blocked me after my request. I gave up n closed the account. A year to the date (after my points expired) they've opened my account and keep sending surveys, to which I refused to do.i started sending emails inquiring about the missing $100 in redemptions. A gentleman by the name if Adam promptly responses. And said he would honour the redemption. So the points were reinstated and AGAIN I was able to cash out. Adam said in 24 hours I would receive my redemption. It is now a week. I am sick and tired with Univixx scamming us. Letting us spend hundred of hours doing studies that their clients pay them for but they refuse to pay us. OMG!!! 100 is a great help in these times. I am angry and upset. I need my redemption. Two redemption is is out standing. They keep using people and not payingBusiness Response

I am Univox Community member for about 3 years. the site deleted my account for no reason. I answered hundreds of surveys and gave them all the information that they asked about. I hope that you can help me and reactivate my account.Business Response

We have many security checks that may automatically deactivate an account due to suspicious activity (such as providing false information about your identity, obscuring or misrepresent your location, maintaining multiple accounts with different usernames, hosting network etc.).
