Carolina Home Exteriors was a very professional company from start to finish. They made you aware of the entire process. The installer **** was exceptional, very knowlegable. My ********** system was installed quickly. I had an issue with the screen colors on the windows and it was fixed the very next day and installed by ***** ***** and ** who were polite and very knowledgeable. I were referred by by our ******* **** ******** Page. I would highly recommend them!

I had a service follow up to make a slight correction on an installation. The installer was ****** and the service was on time, courteous, and fixed the issue quickly. Very happy with their service.

Carolina Home Exteriors was a very professional company from start to finish. They made you aware of the entire process. Our *** ****** system was installed right when quoted. We did have an issue with a panel coming up on back ordered so they installed a temporary window so we would be able to use the patio enclosure. That back order was resolved quickly. Andrew the installer was so polite and professional and did great work. We were referred by a friend in their referral program.Carolina Home Exteriors

This company is top notch! From our initial encounter to explore our options and costs, to installation and oversight by a project engineer, and making sure you are satisfied and all your questions answered every step of the way. Our installers were proficient, polite, knowledgeable and picked up everything everyday. Every encounter with office staff and each person we communicated with was excellent. We also appreciated that the payments were broken down into 4 times and final payment was not due until you were completely satisfied. Carolina Home Exteriors was originally recommended as a potential source to purchase window clips and springs to repair the vinyl windows of our community ************** at *********** in *************. Upon arrival, **** located a tech person, who demonstrated how to remove the clips & springs and replace them with new parts on a sample window panel. ***, who we later knew as the Owner, told us that replacing parts wasn't core to the business, but based on the time of year, he would make arrangements to perform the repairs if we did not feel confident in doing the work ourselves. We met with ****** who evaluated the windows at the ************** and took basic measurements. ****** also walked us through the steps to repair the windows, adjust the tracks to square and properly lubricate each of the window panels. At that meeting, ****** also recommended for ****, area Sales, to make additional measurements for replacing the vinyl and a possible future option to replace the vinyl with true glass window panes. Today, ****** completed the work to repair all of the vinyl window panels, adjusted the frames, and lubricated the tracks. While the Board tabled the replacing of the vinyl with glass, we have tremendous confidence in Carolina Exteriors, if and when that decision is revisited. Our overall experience with Carolina Exteriors has been of the highest level of customer service, attention to detail, professionalism and a sense of purpose in meeting the needs of their customer. ***, please know that from our initial call with ****, our conversation in your office, the tech that made the initial repair, ******'s dedication, ****'s exemplary sales presentation, communications and follow-up, there is not a single step that was missed in the service that Carolina Home Exteriors provided.
