Davis Services is our go-to for electrical and HVAC work. Each technician is helpful, thorough, courteous, and professional. We needed emergency AC service on Memorial Day weekend and they were at our house quickly. Everything is explained thoroughly, costs up front, and work is easy to schedule.

2 starsMy wife and I have worked with Davis for the past four years with the plumbing department. The reasoning for it is, they never ever resolved our problem from four years ago. We felt they were responsible, and every time they would come it would be something else to resolve. We have spent so much time, money, and discomfort. We have been through a house flood where we had to leave our home for 3 months. This year, we are having our first born and we called yet again about the same issue and they want us to pay for more work. We have finally decided they were not going to fix our issue and make it right. So, we called a smaller plumbing company. They have notified us that all the work Davis has done we have to have it all done again, due to their negligence and poor work. $13,500.00 of work, we are having to pay to finally have a functional plumbing system, that should have been taken care of by Davis four years ago. I do have to say the two stars are only because they would show up every time I called, but that is it. They would scratch their heads not knowing what else to do.. I just feel like with all the work we have had to have done, whole new plumbing system, septic tank replacement, and a few others they would have sent a true licensed person to do the work. Not someone who learned on the job. I never like to put a company down, I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But I feel like I was ran over and over again by this company. I pray people see this and know that, just be careful before you put your faith and money into a company. Make sure you find a company that have a fully licensed team that truly cares and wants to fix it the first time. Four years with money down the drain.Review fromWilliam P
