I ordered the online information on Lowering Blood Pressure. Couldn't get it to work. So , I ordered the physical book and 3 bottles of their Turmeric BP that's supposed to be a MIRACLE $135.00. By the time I got the mail order, I didn't need any of it. I had already lowered my BP by 40 points. Now they demand that I return them for a refund. By the time I pay a taxi cab $20 to the post office $20 back home and the postage to send everything back to them where the tracking number I might get my money back and I might not some just marking it up to stupidity on my part. I will just take the capsules and put the book in the trash I'm 76 years old this is too much. But I know one thing I will never order anything from them again!!Barton Publishing

What a SCAM!!! I ordered supplements that said it would help me with my Diabetes. I ordered a 3 month supply and took the recommended dosage religiously everyday for 3 months. When I finished the bottles with no positive experience or change to my diabetes condition, I called the company to get a refund of $177.00. I spoke with Mykela, a manager with the company. After telling Mykela my situation and not seeing any positive results with their product, she said I needed to return all the empty bottles to get my refund. I told her I didn't have any empty bottles as I threw them away after finishing the pills. I had faith that the supplements would work after reading of so many "positive" results on their website. Barton is a very unprofessional business preying on people with medical issues like Diabetes. Shame on you Barton. I will continue to leave negative feedback on every platform possible to not do business with you. SHAME ON YOU AGAIN BARTON!!!Barton Publishing

NiagaraXL is designed to address erectile dysfunction associated with high blood sugar and is not intended to treat high blood sugar levels directly. For blood sugar support, our primary product is CinnaChroma. Managing high blood sugar is crucial because it can damage nerves and blood vessels in sensitive areas of the body. By first addressing high blood sugar levels with a product like CinnaChroma and then using NiagaraXL, you may achieve better overall results.
We are sorry you did not get the results you expected from NiagaraXL. Our refund policy clearly states: "To be eligible for a refund of the original purchase price, physical products, including empty bottles, must be returned to the address provided." This policy is in place to accommodate customers who may not achieve the desired outcomes, allowing us to provide a full refund when the empty bottles are returned. Unfortunately, without the returned bottles, we cannot process your refund as per our policy.
Additionally, it has been noted that during your conversation with Michela, you used offensive language and ended the call abruptly. While we understand that you are dissatisfied, we expect all interactions to be conducted respectfully. Without sounding like a replayed complaint I'd consider the company knows exactly what they are doing. #1 they have a video which will make many people who want some help with diabetes 2 and all of the side effects to become caught in a money hungry sales pitch. Next thing you know someone contacts you questions and they'll make you feel like you will be able to get a hold on your diabetes 2 soon. Wrong they add extra supplements and before you know that. It's a larger amount and actually they split the prices into another category. 1k +/-. But then you realize it is not what you want to do. Guess what? It's usually around a weekend. But if you're lucky enough for a person makes it to speak to you. Yet the package has been shipped. Well it should have been 2wks ago. Original one price. But that's the only thing that I am trying to get to know why? They 1st. Suck you in. Only to become the sucker of many. For that call day or two later as previously mentioned. Where's my money? Oh fyi. You could try Amazon that way they don't have any of the money in the end. Never knew the refund for 1yr would cost more. BUYER BEWARE. DON'T FALL INTO YOUR DESPERATE SITUATION AND GET TAKEN YOUR MONEY.

Also watch out with the business who respond. They try really hard to say negatively about your post. But FYI I don't have time to BS. I am clearly not the only person who has been taken. Sales pitch is a bit repetitive and I am sorry for falling into their hands. Time to stop responding to everyone like you're not saying anything new. Regarding your claim of not receiving the order yet demanding a return and refund, it appears there may have been some misunderstanding. Once an order has been shipped, it is beyond our control to cancel it immediately. However, we did make every effort to facilitate a smooth return process once the package was refused.
In terms of the additional supplements, our health coaches are trained to provide helpful guidance without any pressure. The order for 12 additional supplements was confirmed verbally twice over the phone. Our intention is to offer products that support overall health and wellness, and we honor all returns made with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

I attempted to order the kit. I said no to all the upsells and then realized at the end they had charged me for all the extras. Thank the good Lord my bank blocked it. Deceptive Business practices! Co. Will not give you access to the product label ingredients before you order no matter how you try to get this information. As a result, after I had to order and after I received the product, I saw from the product label that I was allergic to to two items on the label. So I had to jump through hoops and return return this product at my expense. It's strongly appears that since the product only has four ingredients that the company is concerned that you will buy these four ingredients and not buy their product. Very deceptive because people in my situation with allergies suffer financially because of their dishonesty. One star is too generous a rating for this company!Barton Publishing

Charged elderly family member $3,000.00. Tried to stop shipment but company said it was too late. Who needs 16 bottles of each of your products?! Very obvious they were speaking with an elderly person not in their right frame of mind but they proceeded with the order anyway. I order 1 bottle of Cinna Chroma to try the product. I never contacted them again. My credit card has been billed for $294.00 for an order that I did not order nor received. I contacted my credit card company to stop this payment. I am out of town, and have received a notice of delivery for products that I did not order.
