5 starsMy wife purchased the Barton Diabetes’ Solution book on 28 August. At the time of purchase she was charged USD$51. The book was sold with a 12 month guarantee that if we did’t like it it could be returned for a full refund. After reviewing the book my wife instructed me to return it. I called the company spoke with Claudio, a perfect gentleman- immediately refunded $27.37 for the unused digital version and will refund $19.99 for the book upon arrival in South Dakota. The shipping charge cannot be refunded. I can live with that. I do not know what the big fuss is all about. The company is acting in good faith. I tip my hat to them. Would I ever purchase anything else from them? If they publish something I need I will not hesitate to contact them and buy it, plain and simple.Review fromRoderick G

I ordered online book and hardback book and without reviewing invoice. Bill showed I had ordered 9 bottles of cinnamon and 9 bottles of turmeric $674 worth of pills. From a 40 dollar order. Called immediately to no help. Was told had to wait to process order. Let they shipped order. Called again. I returned order hard Book and pills suppose to be 365 day guarantee if not satisfied. Was told could not refund my money. This business is not for helping people it is a scam!!!!! Beware!!! I did not have the extra money in my bank account would never have made that kind of order. So, this is what I get for ordering the book from my phone, and not doing the due diligence before I placed my order. I wanted just the digital kit, and I was billed $84.64. NOT COOL! HOWEVER, a quick phone call to Barton Publishing, and they are going to refund the full amount and truly gave me no grief about it. I don't like the fact that they shadily tried to get more than the $19.95 out of me but, they did refund it. They would be better off to just let people buy the digital kit and not try to upsell it. I am too on ssi and have not only been charged $***.00 for the **.**

I am so disappointed that I got sucked into this company's scam and more for even not stopping it from the beginning! I watched their video stating they can help eliminate my diabetes if i was to take their products, follow the online and paperback booklet they will provide, as well as, to see my doctor too. They stated I would receive a call and I did the next day and supposedly spoke to a health coach who was teaching me what I need to do and went over my products I take now. He did not in our conversation state what products I will be taking through our conversation but, on what food or sweets I need to avoid. When he was done he said I would need to pay $2869.85 additional to the $628.45 I paid the day before, for 6 bottles of their Cinnachroma and their Turmeric altogether. I was upset that I did not stop that transaction and question the products or services I a receiving for that price! I was shocked that I paid over $3,489 online for these items and how they overpriced them as well!! I called them regarding how the health coach has overcharged me for these products and that most of the items I had in my possession already (Balance of Nature/ Heal and Soothe!)
I asked them to remove the Turmeric since I am allergic to black pepper one of their ingredients in their bottles. I also asked to remove the online booklet cost since I ordered the paperback version too. Instead I have been receiving partial payments from all their products! I went on their returns site they state I can not receive a refund for the shipping and cost of handling!! I notified my bank and saved all their online receipts to show how they overcharged me and would like to receive my %100 money back 365 days back into my account minus the 6 bottles I already opened! i just spent almost $40 to ship those items back when they charged me $97 + $9.95for shipping them to me. I sent back %95 of the items back to them! I would like to return the 4 bottles I combined to six into them as well!!Barton Publishing

I had high hopes to reverse my newly diagnosed diabetes when purchasing from Barton Publishing not only the literature to educate myself but also the CinnaChroma, I figured that the 365 day return/refund policy I had nothing to lose. I faithfully tried this CinnaChroma for 6 months while eating healthy and it did not work for me. So I finally reached out to their customer service team to process my refund....I was advised to return my bottles of CinnaChroma (I had 4 unopened bottles) so I did so only to be refunded for just these 4 bottles ($112) not for the entire 12 bottles ($576). They state in their return policy "Physical items must be returned within 365 days of the purchase date." nowhere in their return policy does it state "MUST INCLUDE THE USED EMPTY BOTTLES" in order to get a FULL REFUND. I will be fair and say that this product truly may work for some people and the literature "Diabetes Solution Kit" is very informative and I did find it useful but the money that I am out for the product that did not work for me, is VERY FRUSTRATING. BEWARE......If you try ANY of their supplements.....KEEP THE EMPTY BOTTLES JUST IN CASE YOU NEED TO REQUEST A REFUND if it did not work for you. I am not a happy Customer at all and their customer service people are not helpful at all….only state over and over I am sorry YOU ARE CONFUSED MAM’……I am not confused about their shady and unethical business practice.
