    We purchased a high end Larson storm door in the fall of 2020. Per the registration label, it was manufactured in 9/2020. We had it professionally installed. To date, there is a scratch in the top glass that I was told I or my installer put there so there was no replacement possible except through purchase. Then by 8/21 we got our first replacement door closer. And another in 5/22. Another March this year. We finally tried installing the one we got a week or two ago and it came broken.
    The handle on the inside of the door started falling off this last winter. I was told to order a replacement and so we did. And even after supplying photos showing that the metal spindle is too soft for even the set screw to grip, was told it was our fault and not manufacturer defect. When we were past the delivery date by quite awhile I called to ask if it would ship soon, and asked a minimum of 3 times if it was even in stock. I was just told it ships from another warehouse. Found out that was just a line because within 24 hours I got an email that it was backordered until April. But if I wanted I could pay even more to buy the whole trim set instead of just the handle and spindle that I needed. I was on the phone with customer service to cancel and reorder, was told my order was cancelled. Then it took me another month to get the refund for my cancelled order because it was never really cancelled!
    At this point, the door is 2.5 years old, shotty, falling apart, and needs to be replaced! A bit rediculous for a top end door.
    The screws on the hinge have come out of the door, and I was also told that was our fault! There's nothing for the screws to bite into within the door, but it's somehow my fault they've come out. I was told to just go find larger screws.

    Larson storm door locking handles are junk. I have lived in this house for 10 years and have to buy a new handle approximately every six months because they break in the same place where the pin is in the middle. I had to have a door custom made and ordered from them in the summer and the handle that they sent with the door has already broken. I have spent probably $*** over the last 10 years on handles.

    They sent another door handle which I’m sure will break in 6 months like every one that I’ve bought for the past 10 years. It’s ridiculous. These are junk and I’ve paid around $** each in the past *** *********** ***** ********* *** ***** *** ****. I forgot to mention the last time when mine broke a couple weeks ago, I was outside because I took my trash out, I pulled on the handle and it crumbled in pieces. I couldn’t get in my house! It was cold, dark, no coat, no keys, no phone I was stuck with no way to get in. It took a while but I was finally able to stick the pieces in the hole to turn it so I could open the door. I don’t know what else I expect from Larson doors but they need to fix their junk. What if it were a kid or an elderly person who couldn’t get back in???

    Hello! I purchased 2 larsons storm doors from ***** 11/20211. They are both attached to the frame by the yellow thingies that i dont know the name of. Very filmsy looking. after a few months, around may 2022, the yellow pieces started to come off and as of right now, only the glass is being held up in the bottom, we had to take off the mesh part. I am very disappointed in the design and quality of your doors. I tried to contact the business on ******* but i couldnt.

    I purchased a $*** Larson screendoor from ***** in 2021. I need a replacement part from Larson and you can't get anyone on the phone and the part isn't available for order on their website. I've been trying since early Nov to get the part. They claim they are having it made for me (not sure why for a 2021 door that is still being sold) but cannot provide an email confirmation. They indicated it would be here by 12/13 - still no part. I asked again on chat where it is - now they claim their warehouse is moving and they can't provide date it will be made/shipped.

    Purchased 2 very expensive storm doors in mid 2020 and the one that gets used the most has had erratic closing for 6-8 months. I adjusted it several times and it kept slamming and now for the past two months it doesn't function at all. I tried to order a replacement closer but was told it is on backorder and then in my research to find another source, I find that they have been on backorder for several years and they *apparently* fail quite often.

    It is out of warranty and I am not necessarily looking for compensation but I am very unhappy with these so called premium brand doors. I will apparently be forced to put an external style closer into my super expensive door

    The is sending a replacement part free of charge and responded very quickly. For anyone reading in the future, if your local source can't help you, just email the company directly and they seem to be very helpful!

    Purchased 2 Larson Screen Doors with hidden closers from ***** in ************* more than a year ago. Less than 6 months of using the doors they began to slam shut. I contacted Larson through their Chat With Us option. As a result they mailed out 2 new hidden closers. I installed the new hidden closers and the doors worked as they should. It hasn't been 6 months since I replaced the hidden closers and the doors are slamming again. I tried adjusting the speed of the closers to no avail. I have pets and fear that they will get hurt going in and out of the house. I didn't expect screen doors to be so faulty given the price I paid. I do not want to continue replacing the hidden closer every 6 months. Not my idea of money well spent. At this point I am so fed up with this product. It shouldn't even be available to the public for purchase. I want different screen doors and expect Larson to pay for the cost.
