    They make cheap China doors that fall apart and won't backup their lifetime warranty. Don't ever buy from this company. Ever.

    Customer service is the worst I have ever contacted. I had a question and the agent was so rude and kept asking if I had read the instructions. Then she kept asking why I had tried to mount the door closer with the rod out. I kept answering and she would reply “ why won’t you answer my question?” I told her I had answered and the answer is the same no matter how many times she asked. I finally disconnected. Worst customer service. Wish I could give negative stars.

    I’ve been a home owner for nearly forty years and Larson storm doors are the WORST storm doors I’ve ever owned. The first door I bought in April was defective and after an average of an hour wait time I finally reached someone who sent me the wrong parts that I had to install myself - TWICE. Now I have the right part and guess what - the door is still broken and I’m put on hold for another 52 minutes. Stay away from Larson. Their doors and their customer service suck. Their Warranty means nothing!!!!! I give them a solid 0 out of 5.

    I had a frustrating experience with Larson’s customer service. After accidentally placing an order online, I tried to cancel it, but despite a two-hour wait on the phone, I was told that cancellations were not possible (in 2024??). Instead, I was informed that I would have to wait for the part to arrive, request a return, and then ship it back.
    I am replacing the handle on a slightly older model storm door, and the prices for the replacement parts are exorbitant. A single handle replacement cost nearly $300, and since these parts are proprietary, I have no other purchasing options. They also don’t make it clear that multiple parts are required for a complete set. I’ve ended up buying parts, only to find out that the handle set wasn’t complete.
    Overall, this has been an incredibly costly and time-consuming ordeal for what should have been a simple replacement. I would recommend avoiding Larson.

    Can never get anyone on the phone after trying 3 times and waiting 45 minutes each time. Chat seems to be disabled. Parts that I need are not listed on the website. Overall, I like my door, but its broken and now worthless because of the very poor customer service. Kind of surprised, these doors are VERY expensive and I would think they would value their customers a bit better.

    Does not support warranty. Door has had problems twice in 3.5 years. Decided to file a complaint with Larson on the last breakage, complaint was denied. Worthless company, does not back their supposed warranty. Do not buy any door from Larson.

    Be careful with their doors YOU MAY BECOME TRAPPED IN YOUR HOME BECAUSE THEIR UNSAFE DOOR LATCHES!! HOW DOES IT FEEL TO POTENTIALLY HAVE A LAWSUIT PUT AGAINST YOU IF A DOOR WILL NOT OPEN AND A PERSON'S HOME CATCHES ON FIRE AND THEY CAN'T GET OUT BECAUSE OF YOUR DOORS????

    Very expensive product but cheaply made. I purchased the platinum series door from Lowe’s, and planning a return. Was a special order and two measurements were conducted, and the door is not right. I was doing yard work and using the blower and debris flew into my house and It was coming in at the bottom of the door. Absolutely no insulation and that is the purpose of having a storm door. If air and bugs can get in through cracks, what’s the purpose?

    I spoke with someone the next day and she put in a request to replace the flap. She was thoughtful enough to ask me to measure the flap, and it was a little under 1/4 inches short of what the specs said the flap should be. I am very happy with the results and the quick response.

    Yes, absolutely terrible customer service. First, I received an email, saying as being shipped by FedEx, but FedEx just said label was created and never shipped. Then I received a text message from pilot saying it was going to be delivered on 11/9/23 and that came and went so when I contacted Larson they were like we sent you an email but I couldn’t find the email. They also said it was being shipped by pilot and that was correct not FedEx and they said that the email explained that they didn’t know what was going on with pilot so I contacted pilot and they said that the airport lost the package during shipping and didn’t know when they would find it for pilot to pick up and deliver and they could take up to 30 days. So I contacted Larson again and asked for maybe the now sale price since it was taking so long to receive the item and they said no why would we give you the sale price when the item has already been shipped? I think it would be a good idea to offer someone sell price or credit for all the nightmare it’s been with no emails no information I have to call and hunt this down myself, and now I’m gonna have to call him back when it doesn’t show up to get re-ordered again in 30 days I guess . I think when it comes down to it and they can’t find it and it doesn’t get delivered. I’m just gonna cancel the whole thing and go with a different company. This company is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with so far I’ve talked to three different sales reps and they’ve all been rude.
