      I get at least 10 calls a day from numbers associated with this company. The thing is, I don’t have a card with them, nor have I ever. I checked my credit report, so I know it’s not a case of fraud, but they won’t leave me alone, nights and weekends included. If they treat their non-customers this poorly, imagine how bad it is for the actual customers.

      This is the worst company ever, I paid my bill on the 25th of October with my checking account, they took the money but holding it for 20 days. I have bills I need to pay on time and they are messing me up with my rent. I am going to close this account with them and will never ever use them again in life you are horrible and do not care about your members at all. What a horrible experience never again.

      Ok I paid 162.07 yesterday cause it said that’s what I owed,I only 90 credits….wheres the rest of my money,also last time I paid 220 cause they charge like twenty thirty dollars late fee and I got that payment like six days later

      This company does not offer Auto-Pay in any way shape or form. A $39 late fee hits your account the day after your due date, should you forget to make your payment. How convenient! App needs an overhaul.
      Consider another bank to build credit because this one will fee you to death!

      Horrible corporation
      This company likes thanking advantage of people. I had to pay 35.00 for express shipping for my second card. Because the first one never came in the mail.
      And waiting an additional 3-4 business days for the card is completely ridiculous.

      Worst credit card in all time
      They will extort you and keep payments even after clearing , they customer service is not helpful.
      This should be the worst credit card company.

      They don’t have an Auto-Pay option!!!!! How does any card/service/whatever in 2024 not have an option to set up automatic payments?! Especially a card that is intended to help people rebuild credit. After getting approved, I immediately logged into my account to set up auto pay but couldn’t find the option. I checked the FAQ section and it said it was an option. So I called customer service and was told that they used to have auto-pay but took it away during the pandemic since so many people lost their jobs. People can turn off autopay if they don’t want it anymore so it makes NO sense to remove the option altogether. It’s so ridiculously inconvenient. Now I have to worry about this bill every month on top of everything else I have going on.

      Signing up for the card is a pain and it wasn’t clear that you have to pay the program fee upfront once you’re approved to activate your account. But I tolerated that.

      I plan to drop this card as soon as I am sure it won’t damage my credit too much to do so. I need to replace it with one that is user friendly.

      Company provide false details when applying for card to make sure they receive commission.
      I have to pay program fee in 60 days timeframe. My account was closed because rep asked for account when I offered to pay the following day.
      Rep asked for checking account info. Account number was off. Card was closed
