      My account show payment due to be a higher amount that is actually due. Payment amount shows minimum due $118.00 but when I call and talk to an individual minimum due is $35.00. Is this legal?

      Customer service useless. Don't even try calling to inquire that's what I did just check if my payment went thru they ended up canceling my card just because they ask for a purchase I couldn't remember. They just went ahead and canceled my card reached out talked to 3 people saying the same thing. I even mentioned not to do anything so I could check but no she went ahead and canceled my card anyways with out a care in the world. What financial situation the customers in and the best they could to is step on your fave while your down. Great company specially customer service Excellent ??. Ps. If your in trouble don't call customer service. Wow I have to put a Star not even worth 1 star.

      I was notified of a hard inquiry for this bank and I did not submit an application. I immediately called and was told, after rigging my way to a human, that the application would be canceled. The next day I received a welcome text which was on July 4th and the bank was closed. I called again on 7/5, and again rigged my way to a human, to find out why I was getting g a welcome text if the application was in fact canceled!!! No clear explanation and the rep Theresa, if that is her name, was curt and then put me in hold for an extended period of time. When she came back she said that the previous rep had not finished the cancelation process but she stopped the account and was mailing me a letter and that they noticed an address discrepancy and had not fully processed the application. When I asked why I received a welcome text she said she could not stay on the line any more and hung up. I feel even more violated and I am already guarded given that this ID theft has happened to me and then I had to deal with someone who I hope actually canceled the account this time buy not 100% sure given the way in which she hung up on me....horrible....

      I received a letter May 3,2024 telling me that they owe me money for applicable fees & associated interest. They said a check was mailed out. I never received anything..I called May 8, telling them I never received a check. They said it needs to be researched & will take 20 days.. I have called 20 days later twice In June and they said the same thing. I just called again July 3, and they said the same thing needs to be investigated and asked me If my address was correct
      I said you sent the letter back in May 3. Of course it is. I said I will have my.Atty contact them the person at Premier got a little smart and says what's your Atty's name. I said when he calls you will know his name. They are playing games! I don't believe a check was ever issued. 2 months I have been calling and they give me the same story!?!I want my money that is owed to me!!!

      My account was closed. I completely paid off my account but yet I’m still being charged fees. Please remove my information and everything from this account and stop charging me. I’m so done with this company. My next steps will be a lawyer

      When trying to do anything the people on the phone are rude. Attempted to change small information and was hung up on. Then told i can cancel my account because itll ruin my credit(they wanted me to keep paying the 15$ everymonth) very bad business. I would make sure they are my last option after the devil says no. Enjoy random fees and not being able to use the card or app due to “bug”

      Credit card is covered in fees! Annual fees are wicked high along with monthly fees. Apr is highest you can receive. Called to attempt to lower one of these to help me financially at this current time and was told a flat out NO. I have been a customer for over 6 years. Never missed a payment and pay over my minimum amount. The representative was cold and lacked empathy. I will be cutting up my credit cards with first premier, as I refuse to do any more business with people who do not care about me and only taking advantage of poor people. Just because something is legal, doesn’t make it morally right.

      I called and after a guy telling me he can't access my account after giving him my social security number for a replacement card I got transferred around and had to enter again just for some bot to say they can't take my call. No way of getting replacement and I don't plan on paying what I have off until this is done I'm have been trying for weeks.

      I thought they were pretty good company to start my credit again they’ve been accepting my debit card for payment for the last 4 to 6 payments but they flagged my account because the chip was working not to mention it wouldn’t work when i was out of town, so i find it odd they don’t know who owns the debit card which I own it the lady told me today on the phone with premier that they flagged my account and it would be up and I could use my card in 3 to 5 days. when you don’t make a payment you don’t get to use the card I don’t think it’s fair that I’ve made a payment and I don’t get to use my card if they want the documents, it should be instant This is not a good company they should be flagged with a Better Business Bureau if this is how they do.
