In April 2021, following a recommendation from a friend, I took out an extended auto warranty with Patriot Warranty. The warranty was 5 Years/ 100000 additional miles for my 2014 *************. ******************************************************************************** My car went into ************************* service department in July 2022. It was there for about 3 weeks while ******** and I attempted to contact Patriot Warranty. I personally called numerous times on a daily basis. I left messages on an answering machine for the various departments. I just wanted to speak to someone and I didn't care who they were or what department.
I even pretended to be someone interested in securing new coverage. Once I spoke to someone who said they were an answering service, again I left a message. After leaving so many messages that were not returned I soon realized this company was a ****. After 3 weeks and the likelihood that I would soon be paying storage, I had my car towed home. **************************************************** I cannot afford a lump sum payment to fix my car. ********************* I don't have reliable public transportation. If Patriot would just return my money I could get my car repaired. I need to get my car repaired before the ** winter hits. I was not allowed by Patriot Warranty to use the service. Therefore they breached the contract and should return my money! How can any company feel it is okay to dupe people, just take their money without performing the contracted service. **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** It appears, the bottom line is nobody can expect to have their claim honored regardless of the circumstances.Initial Complaint

Paid Patriot Warranty $***** for Auto Warranty and they will not refund my money back to me since their warranty does not work in the State of ********** and they still sold it to me. I purchased Patriot Warranty Insurance as an extended warranty coverage for my 2018 ****************. Starting a little less than two weeks ago, I'm trying to contact the carrier for assistance with warranty repairs without any response from them. My mechanic have tried to contact Patriot Warranty numerous times, but with no sucsess either. I was wandering if you could help to make this company cover all the necessary repairs or issue a full refund for my premium and amount that I have to pay out of pocket for my repairs that I would not have to pay otherwise, If I would have a coverage from a reputable company.

It has been a nightmare dealing with Patriot. My complaint is they have continually lied about sending my oil change reimbursement, then they said I have to send it in again where it clearly is in the system(you can see it). They lie, lie, lie. I just want my reimbursement.Initial Complaint

In 2019 I purchase an extended warranty (premier elite) for my car plus the rim and tire warranty.
In 2020 I used it and I had a hard time for them to pay the whole repair. but the dealer took what they paid.
now in 2022 I need another service for my car and I can't get ahold of any one to get a claim. And as I kept on researching and I notice that their website now mentions that they stopped servicing **********. What the heck so why was I not notified and what happens am left in limbo. I was finally able to get a rep on August 12th and they gave me a claim number so the dealer sent them an email and the warranty only pays for parts no labor, what they heck when we all know that labor is the most expensive part of the repair. Yet that was not on the contract.
Now am on limbo and how do I get my money back??? I really need your help. Are they willing to pay for the repair the whole cost (diagnostic, part and labor). or a refund for me to pay my repair.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to contact patriot warranty for several weeks to file a claim for work done to me car. They will not answer or call back. I think they took my $**** and are out of business??
