    I bought a Warranty that cost me $1350.00 on my car on 4/16/2020. it expires on 4/16/25. I never had any car issues until last couple of days. I have tried every number Patriot Warranty provided me with when I made the purchase. None of the numbers are working, it was all a scam.

    Three years ago I had an issue with my car. It was covered by the warranty. I was told the catalytic converter wasn't covered. It was covered by GM.
    They put me off for 5 weeks. It was $3000.00. They should have covered all of it. They only covered $400.
    I paid them $1100 for my full bumper to bumper coverage.
    They were very rude, condescending and uncooperative. They kept repeating some script. They promised me I was covered multiple times. Then they refused service and to pay for my repairs.

    Bought an extended warranty for my vehicle and the phone number and website are not existent. I spent $1691.00 for an extended warranty contract and took my vehicle in for warranty repair work. This business appears to be closed down and no longer exists.

    I purchased a motorcycle warranty from the business and once I had an issue with my motorcycle I tried to contact the company and no one answered the phone. Out of the two numbers I have for them one is an answering service and the other is now to a medical alert line. I would like a full refund for my purchase of $820

    I was called by ******** ****** for extended warranty on my car for 5 years.. Gave all the information. Got a quote and paid him. . Now that I need the extende warranty and wanted to call them, the number is discountinued. Can not get in touch with the company at all.
    The emails etc seemed legit.

    On 8/27/2020 I purchased a 5 years/100,000 mile warranty, known as Patriot Premier Elite from Patriot Warranty for my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado. Mileage was 36,000 at time of purchase. Current mileage is 79,800. On May 22, 2024 I attempted to contact Patriot Warranty by phone because of an air conditioner issue which is covered by the warranty. The toll free number on their website and on the contract is now a medicare number. The non-toll free number is just a voice mail with no one returning calls.

    Same story has everyone else bought an extended warranty, now my truck is having issues and cannot get a hold of anyone.

    On November 14, 2021, I purchased a 5 year/100,000 mile Vehicle Service Contract for $1,200 (paid in full) with Patriot Warranty for the time period of 11/14/2021 through 11/14/2026. My starting mileage was 95,260 and the warranty would either end on 11/14/2026 or when I reach the mileage of 195,260. I had to take my car into ***** of Sacramento in March 2024 for an oil change and was was advised of additional work that needed to be done on my car for mounts, etc. I read my contract with Patriot and it is a covered service. Both myself and ***** of Sacramento tried to reach out to Patriot Warranty to no avail. All emails and phone attempts were ignored (3/5/2024, 3/7/2024, 3/12/2024, 3/14/2024 & 3/19/2024) at the following phone numbers on their website www.patriotwarranty.com. Each phone number requires an extension which is not sited:
    • 605-681-9801 (phone number on Home page on website)
    • ************ (phone number on contract which now is for a Medi-Care service)
    • ************ (phone number on Claims page on website)
    • ************************** • [email protected]

    I also sent an email to the address on their email **** ** **** ******, Sioux Falls, SD 57103) and the letter was sent back to me that the business didn't exist at that address.

    Patriot Warranty is in breach of their contractual obligation with ignoring all attempts to get approval of service as under the IV. Coverage Details in my contract specifically states that transmission mounts are covered. I still need the work done on my car and Patriot Warranty has fallen off the face of the earth when it comes to returning my attempts to receive approval of work. I had no other choice but to file a complaint with BBB as they are not complying with the contract we both entered into.

    I purchased an extended warranty for a 2017 vehicle on 10/17/21. I have not filed on it but was getting ready to put the vehicle in the shop and wanted to verify that if anything was found, the warranty would cover it. I have tried to contact Patriot Warranty for two days and have had no success. I have since saw that others are having the same issues.
