    there is no way to contact patriot warranty to have repairs authorized.

    Want a dealer to look at car electrical problem but cannot contact patriot warranty to arrange for work.

    would like a refund.

    I purchased a 6 year extended Motorcycle warranty, on my 2017 ****** **** ********… tried too cancel it on 2/21/24.. and the number is disconnected.. finally googled Patriot Warranty?.. and it seems they are a scam?

    Company collected money or an Extended PATRIOT WARRANTY. Does not answer the phone to be able to make a warranty claim. SCAM.

    I purchased an extended warranty from this company for a price of $2088. I have been attempting to communicate with them for many months now their phone system is not working. They are not replying to any emails.

    I purchased an extended auto warranty and need a repair done. When I try to contact them for approval it always goes to voicemail and they never call back. I believe that I have been scammed out of $1500 dollars.

    Back in August of 2020, I have paid $3,150 to patriot warranty for 4 years and 48,000 coverage (included contract). The warranty expires on August 2024. Recently my car start making weird noise, so I took it to the shop, found there is damage on the differential. I tried to get it covered under warranty, so I called patriot warranty. the phone number provided back in 2020, goes to some kind of medical device company and the current phone number on the website leads to voicemail, i left multiple message, I did not get any call back. I started to check reviews and search for Patriot Warranty, there were multiple people who are going through same issues as me, then I realized that this business was a scam. I wish I can get refund for my contract.

    Can’t get ahold of patriot warranty to get my vehicle fixed. I’m missing work and being put in financial distress.

    I paid for a 5-year vehicle service warranty. I called the number on my contract and it went to a medical department, I went to the website and tried that number and goes straight to voice mail. I sent an email and no one responded then I searched scam and understood I was scammed by this company/individual.

    Hi I bought my car warranty contract with patriot warranty 101 s. Reid Street Sioux Falls. SD 57103 5 years 100000 miles. I bought contract. Policy * *********. I paid 2100$...... then I called them phone * ******* *****.. I went website and no responses.. please be kind please refund my money or I will go court of law.. thanks for understanding..

    I purchased an extended warranty through Patriot Warranty on 5/28/2020 for an additional 100,000 mile warranty on my 2019 GMC Yukon XL. I called several companies and their prices and process for payment seemed to be the most reasonable. I started having some issues with my vehicle and took it to a qualified GMC dealer for diagnosis in Fishers, IN. They stated I needed some transmission work that was going to be over $4000. I tried to contact Patriot Warranty to submit a claim or to have them communicate with the dealership about authorization of work and could never get in touch with anyone. I left messages that were never returned and tried emailing the person that sold me the warranty. After months of this I decided to just attempt to cancel the warranty and get a refund. While doing this, I started to research the company further and since I purchased the warranty, there have been several similar complaints and the companies star rating had gone from 4+ to 1 with a BBB rating of an F. I attempted to call the local metropolitan office for some help and to see if the company was even in business anymore and could not get anyone to help me there either. I have attached the proof of purchase through patriot warranty and I would like a refund from the company for my purchase, as it would appear that this is either some kind of scam company or a company that is not doing business as stated in their contract, website and voice conversations when they sold me the product.
