    Patriot Warranty is a very expensive scam...no calls back, emails - "0" communication. I tried my mechanic tried. Don't understand how this happens, they had an excellent rating with several raters 3 years ago. Now they are thieves.

    I paid $1600 in August 2021 for warranty on our car need to use it now and can’t get ahold of them $1600 would certainly help towards the repairs!

    This company is a fraudulent company that is only taking your money but not responding to any claims. I have 2 claims that were sent in in 2022 and have since sent in a recent claim. The couple of times I did get through I spoke to Kyle who basically lied to me as he promised two checks would go out to me in a week for my two claims and he would send me documentation regarding our conversations. Nothing ever happened. Now no one answers and they keep asking for an extension number which I have no clue and after trying 3 times it hangs up on you. If you do get through the claim reporting line it just says to leave a message with name and number and they will get back but the only problem is they do not have a tape to record your information. The recording just hangs up on you. I paid $1,900 for my 5 year warranty and they have never paid for one claim. This needs to be reported as a criminal enterprise as they are definitely defrauding everyone.

    I received excellent customer service prior to my entering into a contract with Patriot Warranty.. Now I cannot get ahold of anyone at any phone number provided on the website. Some phone numbers are not longer in existence. The service center has been unable to get ahold of anyone as well. There are no other means beside email to contact the company. They have received payment in full and have yet to deliver what I have paid for. I highly suggest if anyone is interested in this company that they run for the hills.

    SCAM!!!!!!
    At first their nice to you once they get you money they don't return your calls. My vehicle needed service 2 years ago and never return the calls, Service Adviser said that his calls went straight to voicemail. Same with me no answer. Still waiting for their call. This company should go out of business. THEY STOLE MY MONEY! VERY UPSET! BEWARE

    I purchased their platinum extended warranty in 2019, which was for 5 years and 100k miles. In 2021 my check engine light came on so I took it to an approved repair shop. They said my water pump is leaking and I need a new one. I tried calling all the contact numbers I had and that are online and numbers were disconnected and one number went straight to a voicemail. For 5 days my car was at this shop. The owner and I sent at least 20 emails and left at least 20 messages. I made the mistake of paying $1,700 upfront so I’m out that money plus the cost of a new water pump, which was $1,200.
    SCAM!!!

    I think this company is divisive, unethical, and stealing money from well-intended citizens. You can't reach a live person at their phone number. Get a recording that says to leave your name and number and they'll call back. I got a foreigner the first call who insisted I had to purchase a voucher from him before he could provide an actual working number. What a bunch of totally dishonest people. How can they stay in business??? They're allowed to continue taking advantage of people and not provide the service they advertise. Based on the other reviews, everyone seems to be having the same issues - I didn't see a single positive review. If there were a '0', I'd give them that.

    Have been calling Patriot Warranty for months. They never answer the phone. Left many messages to return my calls. They never call back. Do they exist? If not I want a refund of $1926 for a car warranty.
