    I have called many times and they will return my calls, voicemails, or emails. I left a note in my online portal. Nothing!

    My parents are older and they are only on Social Security.... this company charged them $1287.00. Which is a lot of money for my parents... now it's been 118 degrees in AZ and their AZ went out and tried to call to get a claim and YES got a health care company. I'm so upset for them....

    I have called and tried to leave messages countless times and still no replied. I age tried to also contact them through email text and Facebook to no avail. I ahe even logged in to their portal and left messages. Nothing seems to work.

    Don't get them yes cheap but good luck contacting them or getting copy of your contract or them not dening all claims. The number supplied by them was a health company had to Google real number

    Two weeks of calling them, no answer and no response to msgs.
    Cannot get in touch with anyone. Contact number is a heath insurance company. I will be contacting the BBB and the AG.
    $1400 down the drain.

    After calling the phone number given on my contract and getting a health organization I decided to do some checking. WOW! Based on the number of complaints found, I made a bad choice. I paid $1,648 for a 5 year, $100,000 warranty plus 2 oil changes totaling a value of $150. This was on 09/13/2020. 1 to 2 years ago I called and talked to Paula and got a claim number (423755) for the reimbursement of the $150. As of today, 06/17/2023, the $150 has not been received. My dealership tried to submit a claim could not make contact with them. I would like a refund of the $1,648 I paid.

    I purchased extended premiere elite warranty from patriot warranty on 07 - 24 - 2021 .I field a claim on 03-2022.i had to pay out of pocket for repair on insured car. This company does not respond to me. I call them Avery other day for the past year..All I get is a recording

    Same as everyone else is reporting. They were Johnny on the Spot in 2021 when I bought my policy, but now that I've traded in that vehicle and want to cancel whatever was left of my contract, crickets. They do not answer the phone, the phone number listed on my ID card is for some Over 50 survey, so I've been calling the phone number listed on their Google search for hours with no answer. Have left voicemails and messages, with zero reply. I thought I'd trick the system into having someone calling me back by making it look like I needed a new quote, and even that function doesn't work on their website. Guess what everyone else is saying is true, nothing but a SCAM. At least my policy was only $800.
