    ***************** All lies i cancelled my warranty within 30 days in which they promised a Refund. I was told by 3 people that if for any reason i was able to cancel and receive a Complete refund. All Lies No Refund. ****************** Beware

    I bought the highest level of protection with this company in May 2021. I have a repair that needs to be done on the ball joints which is clearly covered by this warranty. I cannot even get the company to return a call/email. The toll free number gets only a busy signal and all other phone numbers go to message. Very frustrating. I apparently am not alone in this experience.

    I have called this company for 3 weeks, and no one has answered the phone or returned my phone calls. After reading these reviews, I can see that others are having the same problem. If you would like to take action against this company a class action lawsuit can be filled against the owners. If a class action lawsuit is filled, as a group we can show in numbers the amount of people who has suffered a loss because of their deceptive actions, and failure to honor the contract we purchased. When I purchased my warranty the reviews were good, but now I cannot reach anyone. We can sue them, if we do this as a group. No money is required upfront for a class action law suit, but you need at least 3 to five people to start the process. Thank you. Your participation will help all of us get our money back.     I have attempted to file a claim for my vehicle. The phone number was disconnected. There was another number I called and left a message. There wasn't a reply! I want all of my money back that I paid over the last few years!

    I have tried to contact them since September 9, 2022. I haven't received a call back nor response to emails. I have left a total of 6 all together. I paid for warranty coverage for my can am spyder and I have been trying to setup a claim. No luck. You can't do it on the website. They don't answer the phone, do not respond to emails, and do not return calls. If I paid for service I want to use it. At this point I want a partial refund. Since they haven't held up their end of the bargain.

    *************************************************************** ****************************************** We paid $1900 up front for a policy with them, had one claim, and like everyone else, they did not pay, the dealership as well as my husband and I spent literally hours daily trying to get a response and payment from them,and finally had to pay the dealership their portion to get our car back. We have filed a complaint with the *************************** but still nothing. Between their junk policy and the portion they were supposedly going to pay and never did, we are out about $3,500. We are seniors and retired and it is beyond frustrating that they continue to do this to people with no consequences. I give them a minus 100 rating, but to leave a comment one star is required! Disgusting!!

    Patriot Warranty is the worst extended car coverage you can purchase . I never made a claim and paid for my warranty and they owe me $500.00 cause I canceled my policy. I still have not gotten my refund and it's been over 3 months. Terrible car coverage they never return your calls . I hope they get sued for their ********** warranty

    *************** They purchase reviews on other sites. They don't pay for repairs or pay less than they cost even with a zero deductible. Nobody answers the phone. They don't refund money. Have reported them to the ***************. I suggest everyone else does as well. ****************************************

    I cancelled my contract in February 2022, with many months left. I was informed that I would receive a refund of $400 plus. I have called and written many times, and have not been called back to say, "Sorry, Linda! We don't really ever give back refunds." I am finally giving up, as it is obviously never going to happen.     THIS should be CRIMINAL: Warning DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH PATRIOT WARRANTY ******************** -- THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES NOR RESPOND TO EMAILS or anything in writing!!!!! TOOK so greedily & swiftly our $1,600 in 12-6-21 for a 5yr. extended V.ehicle S.ervice C.ontract, BUT for the last year we HAVE NOT RECEIVED said promised contract with our contract number electronically (just have some generic thing 6 page document because THEY WANT TO GO PAPERLESS)!! Nor have we received in the mail the hard copy like they assured us even though have tried contacting them in every way possible over & over again by phone & in writing!! Now our vehicle broke down & NO ANSWER nor RETURN PHONE CALLS to their various phone numbers (some phone numbers OUT OF SERVICE) nor RESPOND to EMAILS/contacting them in writing!!!! They should have ZERO STARS/minus F rating & should REFUND everyone ***********************
