    I am in the process of opening a Roth SDIRA and LLC through Madison Trust. The personal support has been OUTSTANDING!!! I spoke with a representative who immediately followed up and emailed me links to access the necessary applications for setting up my SDIRA and LLC. I was also sent information up front on Madison's fee schedule. Once I completed my applications, I was contacted by Emily E. in Support to set up an appointment for a personal phone call to keep me appraised of the status of my applications and to answer any questions I had. I received my call right on time and Emily was able to answer all my questions. She even went the extra mile to contact a different department to answer a question that she didn't know the answer too. I appreciated her enthusiasm, professionalism, and friendliness during our call. After our call, she immediately contacted the group handling my LLC application and asked them to keep me updated on its status and I have been consistently receiving update emails from them as well. Working with a company that actually values personal interactions with its customers is of utmost importance to me. It played a major role in my selection of Madison Trust as my IRA custodian. I look forward to doing business with them.
