    Made a purchase and canceled later on, was told by sales man Parker thru and email I would receive a refund less **%, **% could be used on an order at a later date. Now I'm told that no refund will be issued and all of it will be credit. I have email stating refund minus the **%

    I reviewed Randys situation and we are going to decide in favor of the **% refund of his payment made,  rather than **% of the total balance.  There was miscommunication given to Randy on how we would handle his cancelation and we will error in his favor to part ways in a positive light.   Randy will be sent a check to his address on file with us for **% refund of the payment he made to us, and we will consider the matter resolved.  I apologize for the inconvenience that lead to this point Randy, thanks for your patience in us resolving this in your favor.

    Purchased a ******* ** suppressor back in February of 2022 at *** show received a denial from the ATF do not understand why as I have a trust and own 2 suppressors I also have my concealed carry license
    I have been trying to get a refund on the money I spent and am having no luck with this as no one with the company will respond to me other than someone will get with you in a couple of days

    Mr ****** received a RETURN WITHOUT ACTION response from the ATF and FBI due to open or unresolved items on his FBI RAP sheet/background history that prevent us from providing him a suppressor until he attempts to clear the issue.  

    We apologize for any delay on our end, we see it is apparent Mr. ****** does not want to proceed with working to fight or overturn that decision with the ATF so per our terms and conditions outlined on the refund policy in our website, we will refund **% of his purchase price in a refund check, and reserve **%  in store credit for up to 1 year, for him to use on anything we sell or provide that he can legally obtain.

    As long as they send me a refund that is all I have been asking them for and they refuse to contact me back on the matter it is a shame that they want to keep **% of my purchase but it is what it is I will clear this matter up with my background as I have nothing on my record with the ATF and FBI

    In February of 2022, I ordered a ****** ** suppressor from Silencer Central. The order number is ******. I paid approximately $*** for this item. All paperwork was delivered to ATF in March 2022. On January 7, 2023 the ATF rejected my application due to a clerical error by SC. I asked for a refund. I asked several more times before contact with Alexandria ***** of SC, who attempted to delay my request. Finally, she said that the "refund process" could not be started without a call to me from her manager- she estimated a weeks wait. It's been 3 weeks with no contact. Their customer service is non-existent. You are put on hold for 10 minutes, then the call is disconnected. I have no other way to contact the company. I don't know if I'll ever see my money - but I need to explore small claims court; and, the Fraud Unit of my credit card company. I regret I ever tried to do business with Silencer Central, and wish I had checked the BBC complaints beforehand.

    I reached out to Mr. ******* by phone but his VM was full.   I emailed him including our refund policy , ******** **** ** *****  **********************************************   I processed an approval for **% of his original purchase price back per our terms and conditions. This will be mailed to his address on file. 

    He is welcomed to reach out again by phone if he wishes to discuss or connect.   We will consider the matter resolved with the refund check approved, and should be mailed out by the end of March.

    I was notified that all approval of my application was completed on December 19 2022. I was sent notification that a certified letter was required to be sent o the Chief Law Enforcement Official that takes 7 days. Silencer Central say the Official has 7 days to respond before they can ship the suppressor. That would make it roughly the start of January 2023. It is now February 08 2023. I have emailed Silencer Central twice requesting any clarification on the delay. No response.     I have received my order but never did receive any contact from the company addressing my complaint. I am satisfied with the product but would not recommend this company due to extremely poor customer service and lack of response to customers. You can close my complaint as they have fulfilled the order. However I do not think this company should receive any kind of A rating due to very poor customer service.

    My dad is having issues with company because he bought a silencer and they sent the information to the wrong address. He called them to let them know and asked why they didn't see they sent it to the wrong address and why he had to be the one to do the digging to don't where it's located. The lady on the phone was unhelpful and didn't care to make things right. He needed the silencer for a hunt he is in and since they messed up on the delivery location it set the tone he was supposed to receive it well after the hunt date. She didn't offer any solutions or any shipping refunds nothing. Not only that he expressed to her this was ridiculous and they should have noticed and she hung up on him. I happened to be in the room and heard it and it completely shocked me. The customer service needs to be better than that. They messed up they should offer at least some kind of assistance to the situation and understand why it was very annoying.

    A silencer (******* *** **** ****** ****** ********) was purchased in early 2021 from Silencer Central.

    Silencer Central Received my photos and fingerprints as required in February of 2021.

    Silencer Central did not Submit my paperwork to the ATF until September of 2021, under the excuse that the item ordered was out of stock.

    I notified Silencer Central that I had changed addresses in July 2022.

    The ATF Claims to have mailed the Tax stamp required for transfer to Silencer Central in September of 2022.

    Silencer Central did nothing upon receipt of a tax stamp by the ATF, and has stalled in re-submitting the application as required by federal law, thereby denying me the use or almost $** worth of merchandise I paid for.

    The ATF is a federal agency which keeps records and should be able to verify that a stamp was mailed, and can also supply other records which substantiate my claim.

    The sales department will tell you everything they think you want to hear to make the sale. After the sale is made and you're committed without being able to turn back without losing your money the tricks begin. They'll drag their feet on submitting necessary documentation which will delay your process further than what is necessary all while telling the public that they offer complete transparency and are driven to make it as fast as possible. They inform you of certain legally required waiting periods to send your suppressor after ATF approval and then still won't send it. I'm beyond annoyed by the drastically longer wait time than what I was told for them to make the sale... granted the majority of that wait time us out of their control but the lack of diligence on their end after approval is extremely unprofessional and their sales tactics and promises are borderline predatory. Will not do business with this **** again.

    I placed an order for a ****** *** a very long time ago, I can't verify when exactly since that information isn't available on the website. The website says I have no applications in progress, but I still have yet to receive the suppressor. I ordered it alongside two other suppressors and I received them a long time ago. I have come to find out the two suppressors I did receive were sold to me under deceptive practices, as they are aluminum when they were advertised as titanium. I've been receiving "update" emails for around a year with no actual information in them. I cannot check my orders on the website. I no longer even own the rifle this suppressor was purchased for and I have absolutely zero interest in owning it or waiting any longer for it. I would like a refund for my ****** *** order and my order cancelled. We have now vastly surpassed even the maximum expected wait time, to the extent where I feel I was sold this item under deceptive pretenses. I could not be more disappointed with this experience.

This is a real problem for me because I have a pressing question concerning a trust they created for me and time is of the essence. At the very least I would appreciate a call back.     I just got off the phone with the ATF and was told my application was still pending. First, let me say that up until this time I have had no trouble dealing with Silencer Central. But, the respondent to my complaint claims "I reached out by phone today and left *** ****** a Voicemail. Our phone lines were working but we are sorry to hear he had trouble reaching us. His order was mailed with a label as of 2.4.23 and should be arriving end of next week!" I do have a problem with this. First, I received no such voice mail. Second, in the absence of ATF's final approval my product could not have been mailed to me on 2.4.23 as claimed. These statements are patently false.     Waited 270 days only to get denied for a error that silencer central made on my paperwork. They put two different law enforcement officials names on my paperwork. This part of the paperwork is never seen or completed by the customer. After their admitted ***** **, they still hold you to their horrible return/cancellation policy. I will receive **% of my purchase price in a check, and **% in store credit. So now I will have a $***ish credit to a company I do not trust or want to do business with that expires in a year. This seems to be standard practice for this company, as many of the other complaints here are also show this company keeping a percentage of the customers money when silencer central makes the mistake and then holds the customers money hostage. Their return/cancellation policy is obscured on their website and you have to seek it out. They are not up front or honest about the policy. I want a full 100% refund of my money. This company has zero integrity, honesty, or moral fiber. ** * ********* **** ** ***** ***** ***** *** **** ******* ** ********* *** ************ *** ***** ********** **** ***** ********** ** ***** ******* I do not see this company surviving if they continue these practices.

    I spoke to Michael as soon as we both became aware of the situation and I confirmed internally there was no error , and that this was a misstep by the ATF. I offered to mediate for Michael and he was not interested. I offered several times to help and he refused, at that time he demanded refund. I explained our policy documented here in our terms and conditions,********************************************** which would allow a **% cash refund and **% in store credit. He stated this is how he wished to proceed. I confirmed we do not offer a 100% money back refund and offered to fight to try to resolve his issue. He denied my attempts and asked for the **%.

    I am rejecting this response because: The day my paperwork was rejected, I called Silencer Central to discuss my options. They told me I could resubmit and go to the back of the line, or accept their scam of a terms of service policy. Which I implore the BBB to try and search it out on their web site. On that phone call with Silencer Central, the only one I had with them, they stated they did not know why my paperwork was rejected, and they had never seen a response from the ATF with that description. I do not have the paperwork, they do. Im sure they could download the" reason" part of the denial, which states Silencer Central filled out the paperwork with the wrong law enforcement officials name and title. Also, from Silencer Centrals last response they said the ATF admitted to their mistake. When, how, why? Did they call the ATF on my behalf after I refused them to resubmit my paperwork??? HA, yeah right.... Did the ATF reach out to them to admit their mistake..... Dont think so. Silencer Central does not tell the truth, and has no integrity. If the ATF admitted that it was their ***** **... prove it. Download their admitted mistake here and prove me wrong...
