The Level of incompetence with Silencer Central is unprecedented for any company I’ve encountered in the past 25 years! Matt the salesman has been negligent in almost every aspect of the process, to the extent that his ability to tell the truth is void. Practically no follow up and to date is not responsive to my communication efforts. I literally filled out the paperwork three times because they couldn’t get the correct name of the Trust on the form. “The Receptionist had to finally get this done “ Then after completing the application and Efile. I scheduled an appointment for final review with Alisha today at 9:20 AM ..we’ll call you. After waiting 16 minutes I called and was told that I missed my appointment and would need to reschedule, get this Alisha “according to the receptionist “said she called and I don’t have a voicemail setup , that’s a lie and that she texted me, that’s another lie. The excuse was given that perhaps my phone number was blocked, any attempt to reach me would at the very least reflected a”Potential Spam Alert. And the text messages and phone calls would still be in the spam folder.THEY ARE NOT!! I ask for another appointment or a cancellation appointment for today and was told I’d have monitor their site for a earlier date. The receptionist sends me a text to the same number she said they have on file and AMAZINGLY It arrived in fifteen SECONDS!! I wish I had done my due diligence on this company prior to doing business with them. I have been prompted three times to select 1 to leave a review, and not once have I been able to. I’m not SURPRISED! The bait and switch tactics and levels of incompetence is truly unacceptable and unbelievable. I’m concerned that the BATF will discontinue to accept applications from them in the not to distant future and I’ll get caught up in the nonsense!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH “SILENCER CENTRAL “ Based on my experience I SERIOUSLY question weather the positive reviews on their website are Legitimate!!

Incredible experience!!! I can't begin to tell everyone how helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work and talk to this company! I am truly astonished as I have not had a buying experience like this in a long time. Such great people and I want to give a special shout out to Brock. He is so knowledgeable of all things suppressors and silencer central as a whole. He answered all my questions perfectly. Honestly it was like talking to an old buddy I haven't spoken to in years. He made me feel like a part of the Silencer Central family right off the bat. Thank you for making everything so easy and not stressful at all!

The initial steps with Silencer Central, from submission to ATF approval, were smooth and efficient. However, the process after approval was frustratingly slow. It took over three weeks to receive my silencers, and during that time, tracking information showed them heading to a city far off route, raising concerns they might be lost. This delay left me wondering if replacements would take another three weeks or more.
I also had concerns about the free Banish 22K-V2 silencer I received as part of the BOGO deal. Initially, reviews were positive, but as more customers received theirs, feedback turned negative. To make matters worse, the product page was removed from their website, adding to my doubts.
When my order finally arrived, I was eager to test the silencers. The Dead Air Mask .22 exceeded my expectations, delivering phenomenal performance across multiple firearms, including semi-auto pistols and a lever-action rifle. On the other hand, the Banish 30, tested on a .300 Blackout pistol, was less impressive. The free Banish 22K-V2 was the biggest disappointment. It seemed to suppress only the flash on a pistol, with no noticeable noise reduction. Even using .22 short in my lever-action rifle failed to impress. Looking back, I regret spending money on a tax stamp for the 22K-V2 and wish I had invested in a better rimfire suppressor.
While not all issues may be directly Silencer Central’s fault, they are part of the overall experience. The combination of long wait times, higher pricing, and product concerns leaves me with little reason to do business with them again. Bottom line: unless you have no other options, steer clear of Silencer Central. There are faster, cheaper alternatives. You live and learn.Silencer Central

This company almost literally took me by the hand and walked me through the process. Application, photo and fingerprint submission was flawless and timely. The entire process was easy and from order to approval was less than one month! I cannot say enough good things about them. Five stars plus!Silencer Central
