    I have purchased two suppressors from Silencer Central and used their barrel threading service on a new barrel. I've spent a couple thousand dollars on their products. Recently, I ordered a 5/8 x 24 thread mount for one of the suppressors. I was purchasing a new rifle and the online specs called for a 5/8 thread. As it turned out, the gun company was putting out erroneous information. The gun required the same mount I already had, an 11/16 thread. I attempted to return the unopened mount package, but Silencer Central will not return my money--only a gift certificate. They're not a catalog company with a diversity of wares; All I'd get is a t-pshirt or other unneeded junk. I'll pay return shipping, but they should refund my $110.00.

    This experience could not have been any easier. They walk you through every step to ensure everything is done correctly and you receive your suppressor(s) as quickly as possible. Their website is also very helpful, and the descriptions of each item are fantastic - you will know exactly what you are getting. Will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

    This is the second time with Silencer Central. The first time was in person in Rapid City. Easy sign up with all the essentials being done during Sturgis. That was five years ago when the BATF took months...Not Silence Central's fault. This time I did the purchase online and it was just about as easy as being there. I would do it again if I need another suppressor.

    This company has terrible business practices and customer service and their 25% “processing/restocking fee” is terrible! Once you’ve given you’re money to them, if anything goes wrong in the process wether it’s the customers fault or not, the customer pays a 25% fee. My situation is completely rare but my applications were “returned without action” because my background check was delayed and then never processed by the fbi. After 14 months of anxiously waiting and thousands spent on suppressors and tax stamps I find out that because the fbi failed at their job my applications were returned and unless I want to resubmit these applications which would of course subject me to another possible ridiculous waiting experience, that SilencerCentral is taking over $900 of my money on the refund as their 25% processing fee. After basically pleading for them to be fair and at least cut their fee in half which I think is fair considering the situation is not my fault, I was given the complete runaround for over a month, 6 times was told somebody would call me back and never did. Then before anybody ever returned a call or email I just received a check in the mail, minus their 25% fee of course. This includes taking $200 from my tax stamps!! Those stamps were never purchased because of the returned applications!!! So technically they were holding my money on the premise of a purchase. I think this is illegal!!!! This company clearly doesn’t care about their customers

    Per Silencer Central's policy: If your application is denied due to your ineligibility to own a silencer, you will receive the full cost of purchase back, including your tax stamp, less a 25 percent processing fee. If your application is returned without action (RWA), we will resubmit your application after you resolve your record at no additional cost. Should you choose not to resubmit your application, you will receive your full cost of purchase back, including your tax stamp, less a 25 percent processing fee. Refunds for ATF denials or RWA are issued in the form of a check. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
