Ordered the 30 Gold silencer through Silencer Central at the TTHA Extravaganza in San Antonio. They assisted me with completing all the required forms and the process went smoothly. They are very knowledgeable and I am looking forward to receiving the silencer.Silencer Central

Initially allowed me to order a product that was not in stock, claiming it was in stock. After cancelling the order, they have now failed to credit my account properly, and I am currently in a dispute about the charges. Previously, too, in communicating with customer service, they were particularly unhelpful and rude.
If I could give this company a 0, I absolutely would.Silencer Central

I’ve purchased multiple silencers using the Silencer Central process. I love what they do and they do it very well. Messages are responded to in a quick time frame. Every interaction is professional and very credible help or response given. There are other choices but go with the best. It is and will continue to be my choice for silencers. 1 starI won't write a long story but I will say do NOT deal with this company. Once they have your card number any pretense of customer service goes out the window.
My "salesman" was Travis Snyder. Avoid him and the company at all costs.
It is entirely possible (and preferable) to get a silencer and Trust elsewhere with better people and more transparency.Review fromOSMAR M

5 starsI was able to speak with Alesha and she was very helpful.
It was in reference to the submission of my fingerprint forms. I sent the completed forms about three weeks ago (through USP), and Silencer Central still has not received them. I am pretty sure the postal office lost the package. Alesha still was nice enough or condescending to defend them and asked me to wait until Friday. If Silencer Central still doesn't get the package, they will send me another set of fingerprints forms.
