    The process was a little clunky but I got 2/3 suppressors delivered. I received a part of the 3rd suppressor that was shipped incomplete because the parts were back ordered.

    I’m told it will be several more months for the parts to come in assuming that I get them.

    Got to love paying over 3000$ Waiting for the ATF approval for months, to be sent for a useless chunk of metal because the suppressor parts I ordered where shipped to others.

    It will take several months for Silencer Central to obtain the remaining parts because they oversold.

    After completing all legal requirements and receiving no communication whatsoever, I had to contact silencer central’s customer service multiple times to finally get an answer as to when I could expect my suppressors. I finally found out today, after being told a generic “they’re in the queue to ship” by several agents over chat, that silencer central knew that it would be an additional 6 weeks minimum before my suppressors would even ship. One agent even just ended the chat when pressed for more information. They obviously had no intention of even hinting there may be a delay and keeping me informed. At this point I feel I’ll be lucky to even receive my suppressors without taking further action. I truly regret that I have another in process with them and once it is complete I will never do business with them again.

    I paid for silencer in July of 2022. Almost two years later I still have not received the silencer I paid for. What are my options for refund? Great business model to take your money and not provide product as promised. Horrible and dishonest way to do business

    If you have a suppressor ordered from Silencer Central and its not the Banish line and they have told you its back ordered you should call the company and ask if they are really on backorder.
    I ordered a Energetic Armament Nyx Mod-2 and Silencer Central kept pushing their Banish line. I called Silencer central last week and again today and they said its backordered 4 to 8 weeks, I asked where they order them from and they said straight from Energetic Armament so it will be fast when they are back in stock because they do a lot of business with them.
    I called the owner Karl of Energetic Armament and he said that they have plenty in stock and he called his distributor and they have them in stock, Karl said there is no reason they couldn't get one ship next day and Silencer Central hasn't ordered one in over 24 months. Karl said he has heard this over and over where Silencer Central will tell people they are backordered and then push the Banish line because that is where they make the most money. They hope people give up and just buy a Banish suppressor. Karl is calling Silencer Central and telling them to take off anything on their website about Energetic Armament. Silence Central puts a lot of manufactures on their website just to get calls and then talks people into their Banish line. I cancelled my order this morning and already have one ordered through a local company, they called and had it ordered in 20 minutes and should be here in a few days. I could of had the paperwork submitted 2 weeks ago.
    I did get a call from management and they admitted I was lied to several time and gave me a full refund, in the fine print if you cancel an order they will keep 25% and give you the rest in a gift card.
    I posted this on a Facebook suppressor forum and some guy named Ben Williams said he works at Silencer Central and called me a liar. This company just keeps getting worse.

    Poor products, terrible customer service.

    I own several of their products and have found them to be poorly made. What's worse is their customer service. I needed warranty work on a suppressor. It took over 40 days and numerous emails/phone calls to get a response. Wait times on phone calls averaged a half hour. They finally received my silencer for repair and estimated a 2-3 week turnaround. It's now going on week 9 and not a word. I've been without my suppressor for nearly 4 months.

    They don't care about you as a customer. Do business with a company that does.

    Just called to cancel order and was told they would keep 25% for cancelling and issue 75% back in a gift card. They should let you know that up front. Just bad customer service

    Beware, this company is unresponsive once they have been paid. i"ve made two orders with this company. One was a suppressor with all the pieces parts - suppressor, cleaning tools, adapter, etc, and it was shipped Dec 8 (this month). It lists an adapter for my rifle which was not included in the box (the shipping invoice actually shows 5 items shpped, only 4 listed on the invoice, and actually only 3 of the listed parts shipped.) Critically, the rifle adpater is misisng. The second order was another adapter for a rifle with a different thread count for a second rifle to use the suppressor on. An adapter for this rifle was shipped that is labled correctly, but it has the wrong threads and will not fit. I've asked to return it for exchange or credit - no response to requests as to where to ship it, so it doesn't get lost in the process. I've written this company over 18 times between emails and the contact form on their web site - no response. I've written the company president through his Linkedin social media account - no response. Conviently - my last credit card payment for the original suppressor with parts order is beyond the normal 60 day window for dispute between the last payment and the delayed approval of ATF for shipment. Lots of $'s for me and yet the suppressor is unuseable without the correct adapters for my rifles and simply sets in its box.. I may need to pay extra to get adapters from another company and hopefully the Silencer Cental suppressor does not have a propeitary attachment. Very disappointed. I see them advertising all over the typical firearm sites, and I just want to shout out to be careful when dealing with this company!

    Do not buy from this company! I ordered a small threaded adapter. Something that should ship without delays. No paperwork is required (I ordered the same thing from a different company and got it 2 days later). After 2 weeks of waiting for this adapter I decided to try to get ahold of this company. I only ever received an order confirmation. They still have not responded to my emails or messages through their online chat system. Trying to call a person is a joke. You wait on hold for hours. One day I started early and finally got through to a person. I asked where my part was and he had to put me on hold for 5 minutes. He came back and said he didn’t know, he asked the guy who purchases these and he doesn’t know either?! What the heck. So I said uh cancel my order. He gives me the run around saying it has to go to a different department. I asked if I would receive a cancellation email, he said yes. It’s been several more weeks and nothing. No response to further emails again. I’ve been forced to dispute this charge with Visa as it is a fraudulent charge and I believe this is a fraudulent company. I can’t prove it but, if you look at all the 5 star google reviews they are posted like clockwork and are highly suspicious accounts with subpar descriptions.

    Horrible customer service. Order two suppressors and paid for in full. Keep being told they will ship and nothing has shipped. Going on 3 weeks and the tracking has not changed. Just states waiting on shipper. Every time I call they come up with a new excuse or reason why they can’t or haven’t shipped.
