5 starsI had a good experience selling my property to Wilco Land. I've been receiving numerous/endless offers for my land over the past several years from different agents across the western US. They all offered ridiculously low price for the property and no response to my counter offers. Wilco Land responded affirmatively and proceeded with ongoing response and personal phone calls to discuss the details. Their friendly staff is knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and friendly. They did all of the leg work to put the documents in order and make the necessary legal transactions. They made it easy. I'll recommend Wilco to anyone else I know who may be looking to sell property.
