My medical provider suggested financing through *********; in which it was approved for 12 months no interest. On October 11, 2022, I made my first payment ($******) over the phone of a one-time charged to ********* with my debit card servicing through Launch Servicing, LLC. My receipt of the transaction was emailed to me on the same day. On October 14,2022, I checked my account there was a preauthorization for $****** debited on October 13, 2022 with Launch Servicing , LLC. I immediately called ********* representative Alex(************). He informed me that they can not refund my $******. That I will have to contact my banking institution for the refund. I informed him that my bank did not take my money and the funds were not in a form of a check to stop payment. I repeatedly asked to speak to his supervisor, he put me on hold for 10 minutes. Alex did not transfer me to a supervisor he repeated the same information again to contact my bank for a refund, I immediately called Launch Servicing(************) talked with representative Dag, he informed me that they can not refund my $****** and talk to my banking institution for refund. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he stated he has to email one and they will call me. For right now, we can not refund you your money back. I did not setup automatic payments with *********. I called and made a one-time charge. I do not want this problem to happen again in the future. I have NEVER known any COMPANY( *******, ******, **********, **** etc.) that does not refund your money when they are at fault.Business Response

I am repaying a student loan. I pay on time and in full. My question is how many more payments I need to make until it is paid off. LAUNCH Servicing doesn't allow you to text or email them. I tried to login but my old username and password doesnt work anymore. When trying to reset password they ask for my account number but it wasnt shared with me via email. They havent sent any statement in the mail. I am calling them now but have been on the phone for a very long time. In short I am in the dark. My loan used to be serviced by **** and it was a much better experience. For whatever reason without my consent my loan was transferred to Launch Servicing. Complaining on BBB is my only option to get simple answers to my questions. Sad.Business Response

First of all this was for an online ********** class. However this is showing up on my certify report as a CREDIT CARD which is causing me to be delinquent on payments. According to the law ****************, all student loans should've and would've been deferred during this time. The interest rate is crazy and I can NEVER get in contact with anyone from their customer service. I want to report them for FRAUD. Since dealing with them I've had NUMEROUS attempts of fraud from my social security.Business Response

Launch services has been telling me I owe them money for a loan and I have no idea what they are talking about. I had all of my student loans refinanced last year and I have never taken out any additional private loans.Business Response

a payoff amt quoted by a representative. was paid by a check on 7/13/2022. yet i have received a request to pay additional monthly payment in 3 months . i called to inquire and they are stating its accure interest. this loan was **% any way. nothing like that was mentioned i decline to pay another amt. the person who answered the phone insisted a payoff amt. quoted is not final. awaiting a supervisor to call and wait is 5 business days. i had issues with this company in the past and only a supervisor assisted and corrected. its a Robbery in day light .Business Response

I had my credit pulled for a car loan and found out this company has turned in a student loan on my credit. I haven't been to school in 20 years & this is not my loan. I have filed a dispute & am waiting on a response.Business Response
