      Cannot be reached by phone or online to make payments. They should not be allowed to file anything with Credit bureaus if they can’t provide the basic service. Overall score reflects their a problem. The consumer financial protection agency should look into.

      Trying to contact them is next to impossible. You will wait on hold for at least an hour. Their online portal is very little help. I have tried to get help on a loan assumption and they’ve been very unresponsive.

      We purchased an AC Unit through Perry's Refrigeration. They used Castile Credit to finance the loan. In July, our account was taken over by Launch Servicing. I have been requesting a payoff from this company since August 6th. I've sent 3 emails via their customer portal, I've spoken with 2 separate representatives and emailed countless emails. My account has gone into past-due status as a result. Because I don't want this to hurt our credit, I made the payment but I am still getting the run around with paying this account off. I called today (12 noon my time, 11 am their time) and was on hold for 59 minutes. As soon as the call hit the 1-hour mark, I a different prerecorded message played stating the business hours and that I should call during that time, then the call was disconnected. I called back again and was on hold for 30 minutes. I have called a total of 4 times today and still nothing. I've reached out to Perry's Refrigeration in hopes of someone they're having a direct line just to help me find out what I need to pay this account, and they had no information to give. I feel totally defeated... It's like I'm forced to keep this account. We pay our bills on time every month, and I've never had to go through something like this just to pay an account off. I've called every number affiliated with Castile Credit and Launch Servicing and still nothing.

      Long story short... I got solar panels from Sunsmart Installation in mid/early 2023...install was not performing correctly, eventually after some time, they close their doors so now I am stuck for several months in limbo of the financing Sunsmart sells to Launch...ticket after ticket created I have been under "escalation" and put on a "forbearance" for roughly 9 months now... Today: Absolutely nothing has been done, they have been forcing me to agree to pay the interest accrued while I am "under investigation" in which I refused earlier before launch has had my records...unless of course they magically scrub the trail....(I have screenshot of every ticket and email) I now have late notices and the last thing they told me on the 31st of july was they will put me on a 3 month hold (again) and not to worry about late fees, etc. I should get an answer back in 10 days.....its almost mid august....nothing and on the phone for 33 minutes waiting still....worst company ever.

      My husband and I refinanced our home loan to pay off our Loan to this Company. Launch in the process took a regular payment on time and then posted the payoff check 7 days later. Upon calling looking for the difference back in a refund to us, I was told the refund went back to the last payer on the account, (the check). I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that supervisors do not talk to customers. I had the similar issue with another company that was paid off and had no issues talking to a manger who got the refund issued. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have worked in customer service a long time and would have never done this.

      I want to share my honest review to help others be aware. I signed an income share agreement with General Assembly, which works with Stride Launch. According to the contract, I was only supposed to make payments if my annual income was at least $40,000. Unfortunately, my first job did not meet this requirement. However, when I switched to a new job, my annual income exceeded $40,000. I informed Stride and began making monthly payments. It's important to note that I started this new job halfway through the year. At the end of the year, the company requested my W-2 forms for both jobs and combined the incomes from both to calculate my annual payment. I believe this violates the contract, as it specifically states that payments are required only if the job itself meets the $40,000 threshold. After waiting for three weeks for clarification on their calculation method, I still haven't received a response. This lack of communication raises concerns that they might be withholding information to charge me unjustly. The information provided so far has been unclear and inaccurate, which only adds to my worries.

      Goal Structured Solutions owns Launch Servicing as a financial loan collector. I am STILL unemployed in the tech field as a software engineer. Currently, I am only working in hospitality rather than a destined and chosen career as an adult. This is terrible for current and future Flatiron School graduate students who are still unemployed and cannot repay their loans. I am still recovering from a back injury last year that put me out of work. Launch Servicing representatives failed to help with my deferring loan repayment request. I was owed back pay from my employer last 2023, which was finally added to some paychecks in Jan 2024, but Launch Servicing failed to account for this discrepancy towards my actual monthly grossed income. It seemed like Launch Servicing moved the repayment needle from a $3,333 gross monthly income to start repaying now without clarity and transparency. I do not have the income to do so. Not sure if the company modified my loan term agreement. This is outrageous.

      Launch loan services is the worst and most irresponsible lending corporation. They made an error and had an incorrect graduation date on my daughter’s in school deferment. They posted a 30 day delinquency on my credit report and refused to remove it when I called. Although they verified that THEY had the wrong graduation date, they refused to correct the error with the credit bureau and said I had to dispute it with the credit bureau first. Absolutely ridiculous and abuse of power!!!!

      Launch Servicing LLC is continuously raising their interest rates, How is this student loan company expect a student to adequately pay off their student loan when they the company raise interest rates every time the FED'S raise rates. This is a disgrace to all students trying to better their lives. And now in the past our government is trying to cancel student loans which these companies will lose revenue on. Taxpayers will eventually pay for this. How can students stop this kind of nonsense?

      I have made my payments forever through my banks biilpay and never had a problem until you (Launch) took over. By looking at your BBB complaints I now understand why. I\f I didn't have to give a star rating I would not give you one. I don't believe you rate any stars.
