I tried purchasing a weedeater at the local tractor supply store in **************. I couldnt get anyone to really help me. There were none on the shelves. One lady said they had some in the back she thought, but she never would go look. I ended up ordering a Husqvarna 130 L weedeater using the Tractor Supply app for delivery to my home on the day of delivery. The Casper called me and said the guy couldnt find your house youll have to come and pick it up or were sending it back. I went to thestore to pick up the weedeater. It was a Husqvarna 130 C curved shaft weedeater. I took the weedeater anyway because it had been such a hassle and I had much time involved in it. I called the store in ******* Wyoming and the manager. **** said she would gladly trade me. I drive over to theother store which is about 85 miles from my house to Trade the weedeater And I get this huge runaround about the weedeater. I literally bought this weedeater from tractor supply with a tractor supply card it was handed to me Tractor Supply employee and I took it to another Tractor Supply trying to trade it for the correct one. She made half a dozen phone calls and thengave me some customer support number. I got so frustrated. I just left the weed with the lady on the counter. Its 100% brand new it has never been used. Ithas only been away from the other Tractor Supply store for roughly an hour before I showed up with it. I returned an item to ********************************************* on 6-3-25 in *************, *******. Their computer was down that day but said it could be done. It was not. I have a receipt saying $ ****** was refunded to my ***** I called **** and they said it was not done and would have showed up as at least pending by now. They recommend filing a dispute. I rather ********************************************* to refund my money instead of the stress of filing a dispute. The manager ******* was very rude to me regarding this.Business Response

I talked to my credit card company and they said it did not go through on your end. I talked to someone from Tractor and Supplys main office and he said it wasnt showing up. He had me send a picture of the receipt by email and was going to try to refund my money.i have not heard back from him.
The day I returned the $107 item, yalls computer system was down and I was told it had not worked in days. Im sure this is why I did not get my money. Please refund it!

6-4-2025 I went into ****** AL store and was shopping for horse food and vitamins and went to register to check out. When the mongaloid rang it up it was ***** a bag and I told him that it was marked ***** on shelf and ask did he want to come back here and look at the price and he just stood there not saying nothing, I ask him again did he want to help me or get someone else to help me and he just stood there. I walked around whole store looking for help garden area was locked so I went back up there with my buggy full of items and ask again and he just stood there so I told him he could put my items back if he had enough sense and left. Pitiful custmer service. Went to Montevallo store and thier shelves were half empty and told the manager that I would have bought more if the place was stocked and he just lokked at me stupidly as I walked out the door with twoitems and he had six employees walking around the store instead of putting up stock that was in the back, employee said there was truckloads of horse feed in back. I was discriminated against as an employee. The company policy states they have zero tolerance for discrimination and zero tolerance for retaliation but I was discriminated against and reported it 6 times and I was the one fired. The CEO and all of corporate of tractor supply are sexist and they discriminate against people and they dont follow the policies the CEO put into place because the CEO does not care what his employees do as long as they make him rich. I am also going to report this with orher agencies so that people will know that tractor supply is a employee ran company and not the CEO.Business Response

On 05/18/2025 I placed an Online Order # ** ******* for a 5 gal bucket of white paint. Total amount including taxes and shipping came to $84.40.TSC shipped item within 3 days, during the shipping from eastern to western side of the ** in ******** CA tracking stops on 5/22/2025. No further movement or updates. I have never received the 5 gal bucket of paint from TSC, tsc does not answer my messages sent on their website concerning this matter, nothing no replies no response! I bought a rear tine tiller on March24, 2025. I didn't get to put gas and oil in it until May 4 because of rain and death of two neighbors in the month of April. I went out there on May 4th or May 5th and was told the manager would call me the next day. Waited until May 11th and call and was told the manager would call me the next day which was the 12th. My problem was someone had put the gears on backwards and all I wanted them to do is fix it so the forward gear would move forward and reverse would do the same. when I started it up. the tines went backward and the wheels went forward and so it sits and would not move while running. You put it in reverse and it takes off forward. Someone didn't put it together right. Now I just want a refund of $861 so I can buy one from someone who I can trust.Business Response

Luray Tractor Supply came and took my tiller to look it over and fix it over about 2 weeks ago. On Monday June 17th they was bringing me tiller back but since we had lots of rain she didn't get to. As of June 21 I have not got it but left her a message that I would be home after 12 everyday. So I will not consider it closed until tiller is here and my refund on some of the cost of it. I had to dig holes in garden to put tomatoes in and the whole garden looks like a yard and it had knocked me out of having a garden this year. Ordered tiki torches online. Order was cancelled by TSC stating due to the fact they became unexpectedly unavailable. Went to the store the next day and they had 18 on the floor. Purchased 6 and asked for the price difference. Was told because it was online order couldn't be honored. Not sure if this is a bait and switch tactic but seems like a deception business practice. I searched ****** for "Diamond Crystal **** Fighter Salt Pellets" and under the Sponsored Results at the top it shows local retailers that carry that product, including a result for Tractor Supply prominently as the third result for me. I clicked it as it displayed that the product was on sale at a lower price than other retailers nearby catching my attention immediately and I proceeded to place an order on their website after clicking the ad. The click brought me to the following page: ************************************************************************************************************************* I purchased 15 bags of this product (total price of $110.38) and awaited the email to notify that the product was ready for pickup. I received the email and then proceeded to the store 8 miles from my home. After arriving at the store I walked in and was notified that my product was waiting for me on the exterior of the building. I went to the pickup spot and identified that it was the wrong product. Instead of *************** brand it was ********* brand. I went in and left the staff know that the item was the wrong brand and was told "we're not sure why they show them online as that brand (Diamond Crystal) but that's the brand we get." I let the staff members know that that is false advertising and was it was very upset. They then asked me if I would like a refund, and I walked to the register and they asked if i would prefer a cash refund (i paid by credit) and responded "whatever is easiest". I then left a 1-Star review on ****** and ********************************.
