      I purchased a 32 ton log splitter on-line during the 2025 Father's Day Sale. I had to drive 60+ miles each way to pick it up at the store where they showed availability. When I arrived they tried to give me the unit that had been outside on display for many, many months. The unit showed serious signs of rust throughout, the orange paint was severely oxidized and faded with a white haze and many of the labels on the unit were not legible due to water and sun damage. They offered me another $200 off, but it still wasn't worth it due to poor condition. I was told that they could order one but I would not get the Father's Day discount and I would need to pay ship to store costs. I then contacted Tractor Supply Corporate Customer Solution Center for assistance. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone, and being put on hold, no resolution. I was told that a regional Manager would contact me, but never happened. I called the Customer Solution Center the next day to make sure my order was cancelled, and was then hung up on by their Customer Service Representative. I had a similar occurrence happen, less than a year ago, during the 2024 Black Friday Sale. I ordered 2 large items which were listed in stock at my local store. The next day, I received an e-mail stating my order was cancelled, and I would need to re-order with "ship to store" which included $100 each (x2) in additional shipping charges. Tractor Supply does not seem to understand the importance of customer satisfaction, in my opinion, and that same/similar products can be purchased from other stores that do take customer satisfaction more seriously. For this reason, I will not be purchasing anything from Tractor Supply in the future.

      Purchased a riding lawnmower as NEW, Tractor Supply Jonesborough sold us a REBUILT mower with only a 1 year warranty, it was supposed to be 2. The way I look at it - they stole from us. The mower was rebuilt with substandard parts and now after spending over $3,600 it is falling apart piece by piece. It is a
      *** ***** mower that is not even 2 years old. I will never step foot in this Tractor Supply again and I've made sure to tell anyone that I know including *** *****.
      Very discouraged customer.

      Ordered 5 bags of feed online, it took over 3 weeks for the shipment to make it to me. I canceled all future orders, I then called to make sure all orders were canceled. The sales rep then told me that the order had been "shipped" while I was on the phone with her. I was charged close to $130 for shipping when orders over $50 were stated to be free. the order went from $110 to $259.11.

      Online order for delivery, part of it got changed to pickup,I checked twice for it all to be delivered before paying for it, as I was out of town, they cancelled pickup have not returned payment, customer service told me to buy it again and wait for ogrinal payment to be refunded

      I just won a mini jeep from the local store. But, I have to give my credit card # in order to claim it . just another scam to rob people on the internet. Or, TSC is just being another *** company that uses the promotion to gain my address in order to "advertise" me out to other companies. I've never had any trouble or complaints about them before, but now, I'll never set foot inside there again. Lawton, OK store. Really Disappointing.

      Several emails and calls have been made about the business card and store system not recognizing the card. Calls have been placed to the main CS number regarding store #2982 where I go in and can never use my card. A call was made to HQ in TN, ************** and I learned that business cards have issues being used and something manual needs to be done internally at Tractor Supply. The manager of the store was called and a request for action made. The young lady said it should take 48 hours. Well! Go into another TSC near me a few days later and card fails. Go in today and it fails again. I've tried ********, they say it's TSC issue. You all say it's an IT internal issue or ******** issue. All fingerpointing NO RESOLUTION.
      No support. No resolution. All excuses and fingerpointing is badly done business.

      Several complaints regarding an ongoing issue have been submitted and last one was submitted 4/30. Professional courtesy is no more than 72 hours to respond or acknowledge an email. Just what type of service is the goal of TSC because it cannot possibly be above average or acceptable! Below expectations is what Tractor Supply service is and as a customer that speaks volumes. Will TSC and ******** EVER get the issue I am having with my business card resolved or resolutions? I doubt it. They cannot even respond or stop pointing fingers at who is responsible for fixing the issue. Both of them should be willing to resolve things because both their names and company's are on the business card.

      Don't buy boots from this worthless company, or mowers either for that matter!!! I bought their high-end ********* rubber boots 6 months ago and they already fell apart! Garbage! Garbage! I had a pair of ******* boots I wore on the ranch for 7 years! Paid over $145 for these boots! I bought a $3000 mower that never has ran correctly! Terrible company! I wouldn't give them any Stars, unfortunately I have to! I would actually give them negative 5 stars!!!!

      Don't trust the happy lady at the checkout register!
      Visiting our new TSC in Georgetown, OH for the first time, we made a $59 purchase. The nice lady at the register told us if we opened a new TSC credit card account, we'd receive $50!
      Sounded like a good deal, so we signed up but quickly found out the $50 would not be available for a week or so because the application had to be processed.
      After receiving our new TSC Credit Card in the mail, we returned to the store to make additional purchases, but were told that we're not eligible for the $50 because lots of other requirements were in the fine print.
      We were ambivalent about shopping at TSC's new store, knowing that they are going to run our local 'mom & pop' suppliers out of business, but their prices are still at introductory levels.
      Not such a great deal, though. Mom & pop wouldn't have pulled this 'fine print' stuff on us.

      I ordered a package of honey bees from TSC. I was assured by 2 people that they would not ship until the week of May 5th due to my location. Since I am located quite north, May is usually safe for a new package of bees. However, I received them yesterday, April 15th. This is 3+ weeks earlier than the date they assured me. Tonight our temps are dipping below freezing again and we have almost nothing blooming for them to bring in pollen. I am feeding them but these temps are making me a nervous wreck! I have called both them and the bee dealer they work with and both have told me that if they don't survive due to the cold, there is nothing they can do. It is their fault that these bees were shipped 3 weeks early and they are telling me there is nothing I can do if they all die due to the cold temps. I am filing this complaint because if the bee's don't survive, I want them to fix it since it was their mess up. Either another package of bees or a refund.

      This is for their website, Because I love their store, but their website is horrid. I want to look up products to possibly buy from them but sometimes it takes 10 minutes to load a page.
