      I needed my marriage certificate from another state. Vital check got it to me in two days
      I had to pay expedited shipping but it was well worth it

      Fraud, scam, whatever you want to call it these guys fit the bill. Continue stalling and asking for info all ready submitted. I could have walked to CA and back in the time they have drawn this out. Now they want an affidavit signed with my legal name printed incorrectly and no changes can be made to form.
      Done jumping through hoops for this bogus outfit. Seems like some attorney generals should be interested in these crooks.
      Expensive lesson to learn and now worried about all that info I have supplied.

      I had an issue with my delivery and tried contacting customer support by email 3 times, no response. Then I called 3 times and was left on hold for over an hour until I realized nobody was going to answer. At least have us leave a message! Non existent customer service.

      Scam. it doesn't work. They said "These records will be mailed within 20 business days", I didn't hear back from them for 10 days. Called LA county to confirm the form was correct, Vital check said it wasn't. I told them LA county approved, took another 20 days for them to say its not approved. I disputed with my credit card to get the non-refundable $9 back.

      Don’t use this company . They don’t tell you it takes 180 business days to get your document and then won’t give you the money back . It will take a year for me to fly out of state and get my real ID now ??

      I was forced to use Vitalchek as I live out of state from where I need my birth certificate and two other certificates. For my parents. I paid the money and I haven't gotten any of them. And their customer service is horrendous. They responded once saying they were researching my issue and I haven't heard from them since.
      Considering this is a Lexus Nexus company, this is pretty poor

      The worst. seems the Vitalchek has no problem taking your money and is completely non existent when it comes to providing you your birth certificate.
      I have contacted them multiple times. I never get a response. I placed order on March 15th, it's now May 27th. I'm pretty I won't get my $55 back or my certificate.

      They are the worst. They are literally a scam operation. I ordered the certificate I needed nearly two months ago. They claimed they shipped it May 14 ...but the shipper has not even received the package yet. I tried contacting them and was on hold for over an hour before I had to stop and go do other things. Their advice? To contact the state...which I did, and who cannot help me since VItalchek was the company I paid. :(
      I will never never never make that mistake again and I reported them to the state of Colorado.

      Absolute scam of a company. Had *** deliver my sensitive documents, which took months to arrive. When it “arrived” it was delivered to the wrong address. Neither *** nor Vital Check took ownership of the issue. I lost $70 and my document. Unacceptable breach of legal documents.

      Vitalchek scammed me out of $26 for a birth certificate and won't answer the phone. I ordered my birth certificate more than 3 weeks ago and still have no tracking despite paying $16 for shipping. $16 is enough to ship a 1 page document overnight *******. At the best they are slow and scam you out of ridiculous fees and the worst they scam you and you never get the documents. One way or another it's a **** poor company and **** poor service
