      60 bucks to get a birth certificate. This place is nothing but common legal thievery.

      Applied for a copy of my birth certificate in August of 2024 and they indicated that it would only take a couple of weeks. I did not have any contact with them for months and when I did they said I could not cancel. They advised me that I should receive it by March of 2025? It's May 2025 and they refuse to respond either by phone or email.

      Worst service provider for registry documents, no response to emails or phone calls. Service request reported to finalize process after one month, I should have done this in person.

      Over a month from submitting the requested docs for my newborns birth certificate. They have sent it back repeatedly after interpreting my signature to not match the id I provided. They subsequently sent back their own form claiming there was no signature on it, yet I have submitted 4 signed and dated copies of the form requested. You can wait on hold for an hour plus. They do not respond to emails. 0stars. Scam company

      I ordered this birth certificate from Vital Chek on April 9 and they said I should have had it by April 23. It is April 29 and not response to email. They charged me $52.85 for this service that I never received and right now I have been on phone for over 11 minutes with a recording telling me they will be right back with me??? I have not spoken to a person since I got on the line. This is about the 4 phone call I have made. And I got no response to my email.
      I went to ******** **** today and they act like they don't know anything about them but they are listed on their website! Somebody knows something.because they contracted them. i am getting ready to call the head person at ***** for answers. I need mu birth certificate to retire. This whole process has been a headache.

      Absolutely horrible company to do business with. Once they get your $ there's no customer service, no one answers their phone's. I have been on hold 3 times 25 minutes each time no one ever picks up, then the system simply starts over again and you are left on an infinite loop.

      I ordered a birth certificate on April 14,2025. I paid extra for next day delivery *** and it arrived till today on 4/28/25. I could never get touch with a rep by phone and sent an email that was never responded to. Why the County Assessors would offer such a service that they don’t even back up makes no sense.

      They received $84.00 and gave me someone elses divorce decree!! I have spent HOURS on hold on different days, 2 different numbers AND have sent multiple emails. NOT ONE PERSON EVER to even answer or get this fixed. Not by phone OR email. I feel EXTREMELY ripped off!!!

      Paid $55 a month ago and still haven't received my birth certificate. Reached out to customer service and they won't respond. I want my money back and there's no place to request any refund.

      This is a total scam company. Do not under any circumstances place an order with them. I placed an order on 9/8/2024 for a birth certificate. It is now April 24th 2025 and I have not received it yet. It cost me almost $80 which they took out immediately and I have been trying to contact them for the past 4 months to no avail. They do not answer their phones they are always busy. I have written them at least 20 times and have not received a single reply. I think the government or at least in New York state should shut this company down from operating. They are nothing but a scam and unfortunately it seems there is no help to recoup my money. Terrible business. I believe all the testimonials to be false because there is no way they are doing that much good while ripping people off.
