They sign you up for reoccurring charges without your permission. They tell you that they have a special going that’s one month of unlimited washes for the price of one wash. But they never explain that you are signing up for monthly charges. They when you try to cancel, they don’t follow through with the cancellation. Very dishonest. You should avoid this place!ModWash

To clarify, you enrolled in a promotional membership on 5/3 and submitted a cancellation request just a few days later, on 5/7. That cancellation was processed immediately, and no recurring charges were ever billed to your account. We strive to be transparent at every step. Our membership details are clearly presented on our kiosk screens, in our signage on-site, and are consistent with standard practices across the industry. Guests also have the opportunity to ask any questions during the enrollment process, and we’re always happy to provide clarity. I’ll pay $23 a month to wash my car every time I show up to this car wash the water is broken. I can’t wash my car. It has happened to me numerous times. not all the vacuums work if I’m paying $23 a month to wash my car I should be able to wash it whenever I show up like you say.ModWash

Car wash is great, BUT, went to website to order unlimited option, nothing there to order option. Tried "Contact Us, unable because my local location is not listed in drop down menu as one of the required entries. Reading thru notes, found an email address that advises that if you need addition you can email at this address; NOT; it was rejected and returned. Guess have to use other local car wash as carmod apparently doesn't need my business or are accepting unlimited; could it be false advertising?ModWash

This company would not reply to my cancellation requests, then proceeded to bill me again. I finally got thru to them and they told me to refer to the member agreement which I never received, and they refuse to refund the money. I have records of every email I sent trying to cancel. Because these requests were submitted within the three-day window, we were unable to process the cancellation before the next billing cycle. That said, we want to ensure you get the full value of your membership, so you are welcome to redeem services for the remainder of this billing cycle. Visiting from out of town. Got a car wash at this ModWash in Davenport, Fl. Was told I could get three free washes for $13. Got a message later that my credit card would be charged a monthly membership fee. This is pure fraud because I was never told I was signing up for a membership. I had to go on-line and create an account which I did and tried to cancel my membership. I was not informed or got confirmation that my account was cancelled. I tried calling the number on the receipt but you get a recording and cannot reach a real person. Since by initial payment hasn't showed up on my credit card I after several days I suspect foul play. I will act to block this unethical business ASAP,.ModWash

They signed me up for a membership after me repeatedly saying no and that I just wanted a one time wash. I got charged for a membership I never agreed to and have cancelled it 3 times now. I have emailed twice with no response, I also called the hotline and received no response. Do not go here.ModWash

is scamming people.
I paid for an $11 car wash. Modwash did not clean my car well and then I was treated to monthly charges of $21.39. I never signed up or agreed to a membership.
You guys are crooks and need to be shutdown. I hope you go out of business soon.ModWash
