      This company stated they cant process a refund after I haven’t used the facility for the last 7-10 days due to the car wash being rough on my driver side mirror.
      All I wanted was a refund for the month of December and they stated they could not honor that.
      I know good and well any business can issue a refund, before, during, or after the fact of something being done as I run a business myself.
      They need to honor refunds when requested. I won’t be using mod wash again unless this refund is issued and this business matter is handled.

      I have cancelled my membership on previous vehicles but am repeatedly charged even after cancellation. I have tried emailing and calling the company to get a credit on the repeated charges they keep charging my card even though the membership was cancelled. I cannot get anyone to respond or rectify the situation. When I went into the office at the Plant City ModWash, the employees advised this was a common issue not being able to cancel memberships or get credits for overcharges. I enjoyed the carwash, but cannot keep my membership on our vehicles due to the customer service.

      I am a former monthly was subscription member, and left over some less than satisfactory experiences. I have sent unfavorable reviews last couple times and canceled subscription. Tonight we stopped by because we desperately needed car was and Mod was only one open. Tonight’s experience was exceptional in our book. The two individuals working were very pleasant when interacting with them. I saw them replacing towel removing dirty ones even thought it was late in day( almost closing time) when they walked past doing their jobs they would ask was everything ok and ask if we needed anything. We were made to feel like valued customers, unlike last few visits…. Were we felt like an inconvenience to staff.
