  Poor protection of account setup. We experienced credit card fraud and it took three phone calls for them to resolve our issue.

  Bait and switch pricing. Was told 11.99 for a membership. That's it. After a month they tried to charge me 20.99. No where did it say it was 11.99 for the first month only. Terrible practices.

  I visited this mod was on May 9th of 2023. As my car was going through the wash I noticed that was the undercarriage was being sprayed that the light that indicates what gear you have your vehicle in started to flash. Once my car got to the end of the wash and I placed it in drive I noticed that car was struggling to shift. It felt like I was trying to drive it in neutral. I called my mechanic right away and he told me to bring it over. I dropped my car off and walked home that day. I got a call later that day from my mechanic informing me that the sensors in my vehicle where completely soaked and that he would have to wait until tomorrow to further look into the problem. I had to replace the sensors that became damaged due to the undercarriage sprayers. I contacted the email on Modwash and never got a reply from them at all. I ended up without a car for 2 weeks and end up having to pay for $600.00 dollars in damages and repair cost. Needless to say I will never bring back any of my cars to the Modwash nor will I recommend Modwash to anyone I know but I will warn them to stay or be very careful. I think it is in poor taste and poor customer service that I wrote to the company and they never replied to my problem. I will also be sending a copy of this to the BBB to inform them of this company.

  Less than one star. We were refused service because we wouldn’t allow them to ‘sell’ us on additional products- we paid for a wash and they refused to allow us to use the service because we did not want them to touch our credit card- never going back!

  We were members of the car wash and have went through many times. We won’t through one day and there was a mechanical error taking my van off the rails and running into one of the cleaners. It put a huge hole into my bumper. We filed a claim and they denied it. Customer service won’t do anything and the manager was not helpful in any kind of way. All I want is my bumper fixed. We have canceled our subscription and will never use a mod wash again. Horrible company.

  I recently received a ModWash coupon in the mail.
  It stated " Buy a Single Wash, get 30 days FREE". I was very disappointed & somewhat angry to be told that the coupon is only valid with the purchase of a membership. This is NOT noted on the coupon (even the attendant at the entrance agreed with me). Not everyone wants to buy into a membership simply to get their car washed periodically.
  It would be nice to have that tidbit of information actually printed on the coupon (about the membership) I guess marketing would call the coupon "bait". I call it misleading & untrustworthy.
  I also emailed "customer service" of this issue. I put customer service in quotes because the responses I got from them did not address my complaint at all. These car washes are popping up all over my town, but I see nothing good about that if they continue in their dishonest marketing tricks.

  Hey anyone want your car scratched this is the car wash for you!
  The staff there is great! Friendly and pleasant, however
  Corporate and management is a diff story.
  After going through the wash, I noticed severe scratching down both sides of my vehicle. Now I get it. I expect there to be some kind of swirl marks due to the brushes they use, but this is excessive!!!!!!!! I emailed them pictures of the damage and filled out their complaint form, only to get a call from management five business days after the fact, to be told it was denied, did not even offer any kind of apology. Just it was denied. They did not see it in person or even want to give me the time of day so it just shows they truly do not care about customers, and online they pride themselves on being family owned and started, what a joke!
  Save your self the hassle and go to one of the brushless ones. They are worth the extra 3-4$ to not cost you 500-700$ to fix the damage this car wash causes!
  But if you want your cars paint ruined this is the place for you!!!!!!!
