      The individuals that work at the Clemson, South Carolina wash, are very polite and very accommodating. For those people I give five stars.
      The car wash itself does not do a good job on my SUV. The car does not come out clean, especially the back. There are two other car washes less than a mile away and they both are significantly better.
      Had to deal with corporate when trying to have money, returned for an extra month that I did not want. When I attempted to use their website to cancel the extra month, it did not work. When I attempted to use the live chat, that did not work. I finally got a phone number and called corporate, and I was met with unprofessional personnel Corporate was rude and unaccommodating. This company is not run, in my opinion very ethically. They deserve less than one star.

      Unauthorized, monthly charges based on Pa license plate database, similar to other complainants about them to the BBB. We will not be using this unethical company going forward because when confronted with their purposeful deceit, they refused to offer acknowledgment or resolution.

      I got the membership thinking it was a different carwash but decided to keep it since i live close to it. the carwash never fully cleans my car and the vacuum's are pointless. they barely get the dirt,animal hair etc off your floor boards. im cx my membership due to the fact I went and had a employee tell me i had to verify more information due to my account not being fully set up (which i don't believe bc i've had it for over 2 months. he had me confirm my # and email. 5 mins later when i left i recieved a text from the employee which i did not give my # to,i didn't even say anything to this man except confirmed the 2 things. i feel highly violated as it seems that he got my # from their computer system. i've called customer service 9 times over 4 days and haven't been able to reach anybody. i will never go back to modwash due to feeling uncomfortable.

      False advertising and hidden agenda regarding free upgrades. ModWash will upgrade and charge you for the “supposedly free upgrade at no additional charge”. Be careful and review messages from them

      Terrible,dryer doesn't dry your car, license plate gets bent,tire polisher doesn't work and this is a new location that opened 2 months ago, you think they would have fixed this stuff....what a shame i will not be going back this was the second time and last.

      I have a membership at Modwash and pay a monthly fee for two vehicles and their system doesn’t wash the back of my vehicles they are not providing a full service wash I have spoken with several employees and general managers at both locations Millville and Vineland and have been given no solution to the problem please help
