      I was aware that the buy one get a month free would likely mean they would automatically set you up for subscription. I was unhappy with the service as I have a custom license plate and camera couldn’t read it properly so I would have to wait for an attendant to notice me and come over to manually enter my information (usually causing a line by then). Prior to my renewal, I made sure there was no payment information saved so that no payment would pull. Well, unknowingly ModWash can retain your payment information regardless of you removing it and when I contacted them the same day it renewed I was told by customer service (Melissa) and I believe a manager (Chelsea) that it was absolutely impossible to refund it and put blame completely on me and made suggestions of all the things I should have done other than remove my payment information and attempt to use their cancellation online services, extremely condescendingly. It should also be noted that religious phrases should not be used in business by customer service professionals, my religion is not a part of this business transaction.
