    All I see are negative reviews and yet you show an A+ rating? What am I missing here?!?
    It took months to hear back from them, then they claimed my tapes were not readable. I had played them twice in the previous weeks. They only returned my tapes to me if I paid for the shipping, which is ridiculous! And I could not view them when I got them back.
    On top of this, I was charged an annual fee for them to store my digitized items! I requested an immediate refund of that money. My second request for the refund was on December 18th and I still haven’t received it as of January 2, 2023.
    This place should no longer be in business.

    Kodak digitizing, southtree and legacybox are all three located at 515 n holtzclaw, chatnooga. they share the same phone number. We had kodak digitize 40 films. they charged us about $700 three months ago.
    For 40 films, southtree charges $549.99 on special. Legacybox charges $684.98 on special. Kodak charges $799.98 on special. All three pay for shipping. The work was very good. They repaired some breaks. The digital download was very easy.
    But, can you tell me the difference between the job southtree does for $549.99 and the job kodak does for $250 more? What did my extra $250 to the same location, same employees, buy me?
