    I paid for parking, on an otherwise empty lot, for the new restaurant ****** ****** in Saint Elmo, by way of a dance studio off of Tennessee Ave. I paid for 2 hours of parking, I left about 10minutes after my parking expired (I was not on my phone checking for my timer, as I was engaged in my dinner guests) and sure enough had a parking ticket for $40, despite that I had paid for the majority of the parking time.
    I’m not sure who adjusts the fees for an “unpaid parking” violation, but a $40 fee is enough to completely avoid small business shopping. At this time, ****** ****** does not validate ANY BirdDog parking lots, nor was there any contact number to reach out to about this for customer service or contact information.
    I now will ONLY park in the **** **** parking lot in St. Elmo, or the CARTA parking lot for $2 behind the ******* since this, at least, supports a reputable company rather than Mitch P**** and the money hungry employees at ****** ***********.

    After my “customer no service experience” with bird dog parking, I will not park in their parking lots or use a business that uses their services. I recommend others do the same. This company does not deserve your dollars. There are much better options.

    While we are becoming a more tech-oriented community, I believe that it is bad business practice to only provide for payment via phone QR code. When phones are left behind/not accessible due to battery strength, or when phone is present but sunlight is so strong that viewer cannot tell what is or isn't captured by phone, this method of payment is completely useless. I believe this is a discriminatory practice. Please adapt your payment methods to perhaps include a kiosk where info can be entered on site, with options for cash/credit card/bitcoin and a phone is not required. The business(es) I frequent that use this service (or others like it) have been/will be notified that I believe this practice to be a discriminatory one. Thank you for giving consideration to this suggestion.

    Do not use this valet company. Had our car window knocked out. They said they would fix it. Then would not send us the money. Not a good company

    One word sums it up: criminals. They charged me three times back to back for one parking session, due to a glitch in their system and then had the nerve to issue me a parking violation!!! I received the first notice erroneously claiming to be the second notice with a $20.00 late fee attached. So, a company that owes me a refund sends me a $60.00 parking violation in a bullyish format. Hysterical. I began disputing the violation on 8/2/23 and here we are two weeks later and I still don’t have my money back. The saddest thing about this is that Bird Dog Parking isn’t a business that we have the ability to choose whether or not we want to do business with…we have no choice, so no matter how much they steal from people, bully people, etc…there’s no consequence and we’re helpless and rest assured, they know that. There is review after review on this very website calling these people criminals, yet they still have the BBB stamp of approval. Isn’t that supposed to mean it’s a trusted business??? Yikes. It’s beyond disgusting. I don’t understand.

    I got a parking violation in the mail for $45 in Huntsville, AL that I myself have been parking at for years .Disputed to a 25.00 fine and a $4 fee added to it. This was on a weekend for a event at the park across the street and the establishment was closed and after 2PM. There was no big orange sign or QRC code sign at this time for this lot in April. If there was I would have scanned it. I also had a witness which said he didn't see any signage at this time either. There is no place for comment or more recourse if someone doesn't get there validations processed correctly. Very sad. .This location that which is listed is closed when I tried to get information which raises suspicion on this business. Need contact information or a customer service number.

    Our experience with Bird Dog parking has always been terrible. The latest issue is we received a collection notice from Collect Park in Wakefield Massachusetts on behalf of Bird Dog parking for a so-called unpaid parking ticket for $60 wanting payment immediately. However when we go on the site to get the information it says that no citation exists. So Bird Dog parking and Collect Park are trying to collect money from us that has either already been paid or never existed in the first place. Of course Bird Dog provides no phone number to contact them so they can avoid having to speak with their customers. They never respond to any emails or letters that we have sent. Collect Park also never answers their phone or allows you to leave a message. Both companies are very disreputable and obviously dishonest, hiding from their customers by providing no phone number and never responding to any emails or letters. Avoid Bird Dog parking at all cost so you are not harassed by them.

    Our car was broken into while under valet parking overnight. They did not even know our car as well as 2 other cars were broken into until we asked for our car the next morning. We were assured the next day that we would be reimbursed for the damages (broken window and a puncture hole in our seat) done to our car. The company is refusing to reimburse us and stating they are not liable as they provided us with a physical copy and text message copy of a disclaimer. We never received a disclaimer as they stated we did when we dropped our car off with the valet. We were told by multiple people including the valet's night manager that all we would need to do is email our bill to their email and we would be reimbursed. They are refusing to reimburse us even though we were promised we would be.

    Received a ticket when parked in a PRIVATE owned lot in downtown Huntsville. I had the parking lot owners permission and parked in a spot reserved for his company, Not sure what kind of scam this company is running but the ethics they operate by are definitely questionable.

    Complete scam. Tried to give me a ticket at my own bank. Would love to have them come out and try to collect!
