This is a very scummy and shady company. While coming back to University Towers building, across UTC's campus after hours, I parked to go do some work in the building. Keep in mind this is a parking lot where it is required to have a parking pass, which I do have clearly hanging from my cars rear view mirror. When I came back out to my vehicle, they placed a ticket underneath my windshield wiper clearly in view of my pass. When I viewed the QR code to dispute the ticket, the link will NOT allow you to attache a file showing evidence you have a parking pass or any other evidence to dispute the ticket. When you visit the website, there is not phone number present, no address to go and speak with someone to remove this charge.

I am extremely disgusted with this companies shady business practices and truly believe their company, lots, and employees need to be investigated. My wife and I pulled into a lot that we believed was partially “bird dog parking” and partially business owned parking spots. There was four haphazardly placed signs that “seemed” to indicate that their parking was specifically located on the side of a specific building. To avoid needing to use their “services”, I parked further away from “bird dog parking” signs in a spot that had no signs, numerical, or alphabetical indication that would specify “bird dogs parking”. We then went into the nearby business and spent around twenty minutes before coming out to our vehicle. We were surprised to find that our vehicle had been ticketed by “bird dog parking” for $40 and that if we delayed in paying it immediately we would be charged and additional $20 for a total of $60. After overcoming feelings of surprise at the injustice, I proceeded to pay the ticket using their online service in which they charged me an additional $4 for their “service fees”. The fact that we were charged an absurd, baseless fine and then threatened with further fines if we didn’t pay immediately, wasn’t bad enough, we were also victimized by baseless additional “fees” to pay the ticket! This whole experience has left me with a horrible taste in my mouth for “bird dog parking” and I do hope I’m the last to be taken advantage by their shady business practices.

I used bird dog parking apparently or tried to, I submitted my payment electronically over my mobile device literally four times and it still was unclear if it went through or not. I was on 320 E Main St. for an art event. I thought maybe it went through or maybe it was after parking hours and free. Well I received a citation for 40.00 dollars later and still can’t find a way to pay that is secure, their online payment directions pop up as an unsecured site and their isn’t any clear number to call for assistance. Seems messy and unsafe to run a business this way.

Brook was very attentive to my damage claim. It was a scratched rim at the Read House valet. Things happen, but everyone at Bird Dog parking was professional and courteous.
I do find it funny that people write bad reviews after they get a parking ticket. It’s not Bird Dog Parking problem that you can’t read. Gotta love the world we live in. Keep up the good work Bird dog!

Bird Dog returned our new car with considerable damage. We filled out an incident report and they said they would “get back to us.” We followed up with corporate and the hotel where they parked it. It’s been almost a month with no reply. Bird Dog made no effort to address the situation. They are a liability to do business with.

I misread the signage when parking in a garage downtown recently. I reached out to them after receiving a $40 violation, explained myself and that I misread the signage and they dropped it to $20.

We received a $60 parking ticket with no parking payment signage on 6/28/22. We parked in the Hunter Museum lot, which is an open lot and has no parking payment signs or kiosk. We parked after Museum business hours. We have parked there often in the past after hours and as museum guests for free. If things have changed, there is NO new signage to indicate that it is a paid lot. This is a terrible scam to get money! This is not a fair way to treat the public.

On July 24, 2022 I used bird dog parking service, while I ate dinner at the Edwin Hotel. When I pulled up, the parking attendant, told me the price and gave me a parking decal and drove away in my vehicle. After dinner, I gave the decal to the attendant and the attendant returned my vehicle to me, but parked it in the direction were I could not see any damage to my passenger side and front right driver side wheel. I noticed the damage the following morning and immediately I drove back to the hotel and filed a complaint. On July 27, 2022 I received a email from Zack, apparently a manager from the company stating they were not responsible for the damage to my vehicle. He stated, once I left the hotel property, their company isn't responsible for any damages, customers my find to the vehicle. To anyone who reads this, please do not use Bird dog parking service.
