He was courteous and very accurate in doing his job. He explained what he was doing and worked very expeditiously to do the work. I appreciate him and everything was done in a timely manner and it was accurate and our problem was solved. Thank you ******* for all you did. 9-27-2023. Wonderful, professional service by *********************. He came in, listened to my problem, and went to work on solving the problem. 4 starsMy technician was Knowlegeable, professional, conscientious (about not bringing the OUTSIDE inside by wearing protective shoe gear). He offered a Maintenance agreement to combat cost ( verdict is still out on that on-LOL). Was engaged with the owner to assure I understood what he was doing on the property. Gave information for improving air quality by changing my filters, suggested a Blower capacitor was needed as mine was aged and needed. He handled it.************************* was focused on the ticket given to him and I felt at ease with his explanations and that he wasnt trying to make a call, and a commission sale and move on. That was an EXPENSIVE ticket to NOT STILL HAVE ANY AIR TO GO TO SLEEP IN ( out since Friday). But I appreciate that ************** tried hard to get it on. I do have one complaint to the ************* It seems to me that if the Owner buys a Mainteance Family package. The $159.00 charged for the trip should be deducted from the $599.00 I had to pay.Be clear that I was pleased with my technician but I do think since I had work done and bought a plan. You should deduct the $159.00 trip charge for my ticket. The stars would be 5 stars if the $159 is dropped with any bought packages.Thank youReview fromEd S
