    The worst company I have ever dealt with customer service wise.I placed an order for 2 fans, totaling 466$, realized they were wrong for my need and tried to cancel the order 5 minutes after placing it, my fault.First their website has no way to cancel the order, I sent their support an email immediately, within 10 minutes of clicking order.Called their support line and was left on hold for 1 hour 9 minutes where I opened a support case, requesting escalation to cancel the order (2737891)Still have received zero response to either my support case or my initial email to support, at 24 hours later I get a shipping notification.1 star is too many.

    I have tried to purchase three ceiling fans online and my location is in *********** which they offer delivery to *********** every time I pay for this fans it comes out of my account but then they cancel my order and unfortunately they will not give you an answer of why they cancel your order. I keep hearing it's sensitive information.

    Placed an order for two fans and a downrod. Only received one of the fans and the downrod. **************** has been entirely non responsive after making an initial ticket. It has been over a month with no resolution and I'm out over $300.

    Hunter Fan is one of the BEST Fan companies in the ***. I have have 2 outdoor fans from Hunter which I purchased on June 3, 2022. I realized one fans second speed does not work. Hunter will not help me with a replacement or a discount to replace the Fan. Instead Hunter Fan company wants to me to purchase a part and have an electrician come out and fix it. Purchasing the part and having an electrician come out would be more expensive than just replacing the $100 ceiling fan. A company such as Hunter Fan who makes one of the best fans in the world has no compassion or resources to help a customer with one of their fans that is broken. It's quite a shame that a company does not stand behind their products.

    After paying an electrician to install a Hunter fan, the remote control receiver malfunctioned. This malfunction occurred under a week after installation. After contacting Hunter, they offered to send a replacement fan but it was on me to pay an electrician a second time. If you are not comfortable installing fans yourself, I would avoid Hunter fans as you may have to pay to have a fan installed more than once. In addition, the customer service experience was not great. The only thing they are willing to do is send a replacement fan and are unwilling to go above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience and loss of reinstalling the fan.

    I have ordered 4 downrods. For whatever reason, they split the order into two shipments. The first, which consisted of one downrod, was received without a problem. The second when accessing the order on Hunter's web site doesn't show the product was ever picked up by the carrier. I contacted them by phone. (Their auto-attendant system is terrible) I finally got reached a customer service representative that they would not take any potential corrective action for two weeks from the date the label was shown to be made. And at the two week point, I would have to again contact them to start the process to get replacements or a refund. I worked customer service for 30 years and we NEVER put a customer through such a ridiculous process including requiring the customer to reach back out to start the resolution process. As a customer, I have had interactions with many company's customer service departments and never encountered such a ridiculous policy. For me, how I rate an organization is by the customer service they provide after the sale. This separates the good from the bad. I can't imagine ever buying another Hunter Fan product going forward.

    Hunter fans provides NO customer service. 1.5 hours on hold with no response. Emails remain unanswered.This was once the best fan company. It now will not stand behind their warranties - A total rip-off company - AVOID!!

    I bought a Hunter Classic Portable desk fan but after only two uses the motor failed. I contacted Hunter customer service and was told the ********************** had discontinued my model and therefore there were no parts for it but that "they appreciated my business" !!!What kind of customer service is this!!

    I bought a few fans for my new house. All arrived except one. According to *****, they never received the package to be shipped. I contact Hunter multiple times explaining the situation of never receiving the item I PAID FOR, and all I was told was the my case was possibly escalated and I'd maybe receive a refund within 30 days. I kept checking back and they kept claiming the same thing. They said it was my bank's fault for not posting a refund. This isn't true. *********** does not take 30 days to process refunds. I am very unhappy with the lack of support and the fact that I'm out $150 all because they messed up with shipping. I had to go out and buy a replacement fan so I've spent double the amount and have yet to receive my refund for the item I never got.
