    I purchased two light kits for my Original Hunter Fans. One of the kits was delivered with a damaged part. Specifically the rubber band around the lip of the globe was cut or torn.I contacted customer support and received an e-mail reply stating to provide additional information including the receipt. I provided all the requested information and copied my online purchase receipt. I have sent this information multiple times but now I can't get anyone to respond to my request.

    I bought 3 fan and one didn't work right, I got to contact hunter fan and told them my issues and they will send the part so ai can change it myself, instead or replacing the fan. now i need to hire an electrician to replace the part on the ceiling fan, once they sell the product hunter fan doesn't care what happens to the product, they got paid and you need to find to solution or hire someone who can fix it for it for you, just needed to replace the ceiling fan, they don't care about how much $$$ you are going to spend on replacing ************** depot or ****** has a better customer service then this **********************

    Recently purchased 5 Hunter fans direct from Hunter. **** inch and **** inch. Parts such as screws, lock washers, remote directions, remote stick-on-wall stuff, warranty cards (missing from 3) were not included. One of the ***************************************************************** was just incorrectly packaged which led to confusion for several hours including calling the toll free help line which was more than useless (since the person had no knowledge base other than the manual which we had. Anyway the the fans after 3 days were installed (all by an electrician) after trips to the hardware store to buy some screws and lock washers. Now we have to balance the fans since they all wobble and wts for balancing were not included with each fan. Those fortunately were available at my father-in-law's tool kit and at a fan store. Sooo I called the main phone number in Tenn. to complain to corporate headquarters. That took well over an hour and after calling again I received a call back from the person I spoke to, Who said higher *** in tech would call me. Still waiting for that. There must be a better brand!!! This was not a happy experience.

    We purchased a Hunter Casablanca fan in our bedroom, but it needed to be replaced because it was making a humming noise & keeping us up at night. Hunter agreed to replace the fan and sent us a new one. Hunter specified we needed to return the defective fan which we understood. We hired a professional to install the new fan. After two hours tying to get the fan to work, the pro concluded the fan and lighting controls may be defective. We contacted a customer service rep at ********************** who discussed the problem with us. The reps solution was to return both fans. The service rep was totally unsympathetic to the cost we spent for the attempted installation, stating that was our decision to hire a pro to install their product. Zero apologies from the Hunter rep about the inconveniences theyve caused. We also have to purchase a box to return the original fan. Rude, insensitive customer service & poor problem solving. Lets hope Hunter fan #3 works during this hot weather.

    My Hunter Fan was installed on May 15, 2023. It ran beautifully until June 11, 2023 at which point it stopped working. ************ came and checked out the fan's wires in the ceiling and on the wall switch. The wires were active/hot. I have called **************** many times only to be placed on hold. I have sent emails receiving no answers. Only one email came back asking me to move the fan blades manually, check the remote (it works but does not operate any parts of the fan), and asked if it was on a one, two, or three wall switch. I answered immediately on June 22, 2023. I have sent additional emails--no response from Hunter. I also contacted the credit card company and am awaiting their response to this problem. My 43 year old Casablanca died in May and this new Hunter Fan was its replacement. This new fan is still under warranty. Calling **************** is a waste of time--you are put on hold and no one ever answers. Also call back never happens. Horrible service for Hunter Fan customers!!!!

    I have a Hunter floor fan for less than 2 years old. Just stopped working. No help with troubleshooting with customer service. Said its over a year old so we cant replace it. I have a Decobreeze fan Ive had for 6 years that cost just a little more but runs every day. Will not buy another Hunter

    I recently purchased a ($500.00) Hunter Skysail fan for an outdoor application. The fan would start, stop, increase speed and decrease speed entirely on its own. That's not the bad part though, faulty products happen. The bad part was the non existent support. I tried contacting support and their phone system wouldn't let me through. It proposed that if my issue was related to WiFi connectivity press 1 and then would say "i didn't hear you" there was no option for standard installation issues at all. I then spent my entire Friday afternoon on hold... no answer at all. I even tried to get in through the "sales" option and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. This is a poor way to run a business.

    Trying to reach customer service multiple times, phone message is automated of course. Finally get to the end of the automation where it says it will be 20 minutes they will put me in line to get a call back. 2 hours later, still no call back. So I call again and decide I will wait on hold and see if that is faster while still waiting on callback. wait again for over an hour no one comes on the line. I have a fan that I do have the receipts for and it has stopped working. My electrician I paid to fix it says not fixable and he says they have a lifetime warranty so I try to inquire about this. I will never reach anyone I guess that is the whole point1. It isn't work 100 bucks at this point I will buy another new fan, ********** brand not Hunter this time. What good is a warranty if you can't use it?

    Great fans, trash customer service. I accidently put the wrong address to ship after Hunter customer service closed for the day. As soon as I realized my mistake, I emailed them hoping that they would be able to change my address. I then contacted them the following morning. They stated that they weren't able to change the shipping address because a ***** label was already generated for the shipment....the fans haven't even left their facility yet. Hunter also told me that I can reroute my package to a different address, to follow the link provided an email that they sent. I used the link, signed up for ******* Delivery Manager, but weren't able to find the packages as they are going to different shipping address from where I currently reside. I called Hunter, they provided the tracking numbers to track the packages. I called ***** to help me thorough the process. ***** customer service states that only the shipper can change the address. I'm super concerned that the two fans that I bought will be left outside considering there is no front desk at the address that I sent it to and subsequently will be stolen. I called Hunter today and I can't seem to get through to their customer service. I feel like I've been blocked.

    Trying to get a replacement part is a dead end. Shift you around to different sections of company only to get a download opportunity for the manual. Problem is, the download is only a picture of the product and I am left hanging
