      I ordered items on 11/26/2022.I havent heard a word form this company. No emails, nothing. I guess they are scammers. I spent $131 dollars here. Not sure how these people have a business with these practices. If they cannot fill orders they need to be shut down. I demand my order be shipped or my money back at least before the new year.

      Our system previously emailed you a status update on your order on 11-28-22 describing both items on the order as being back ordered from our suppliers for an estimated **** weeks. This email asked you to reply and let us know if you want to place the order on back order or cancel the order due to the back order. You can reply to this complaint with your response.  Also, we have not captured the payment authorization so you have not yet been charged for this order.  However, your card issuer or bank likely would have placed a pending charge on your account.

      i placed an order for two fishing reels on November 16th 2022 and received an purchase order and order number B108994. As of today December 8th...I still have not received my order. When I attempt to call them, I keep getting a recording that they no longer handle customer service over the phone and requested I email them. I have emailed them twice and still get no response.

      This store has not been active online since 2016, per their own website blog, and are always backordered. There is no way to talk to a human and everything online is backordered. If this site doesn't actually sell anything or is out of business, then this website should be shut down. Get your life together, seriously. You're an embarrassment.

      We found investing time in a blog was not the best use of our time and resources.  Also, with labor and inventory shortages, we reworked our business model to handle all customer service via email as we were unable to answer phone calls and process the enormous and sustained volume of orders efficiently.  We did respond to your email directly, but that *** have been sorted to your junk mail if you did not add us as a safe sender.  Based on your complaint, we have removed all of your information from our order management system and will not contact you, nor would we have any reason to contact you.

      I placed an order on march 2nd and the bank took out $74.26 to pay them on 3/14/2022. They then said order was back ordered and i said fine i can wait. At the end of september I said i just wanted to cancel order and get refunded. They sent me an email since thats the only way to correspond with them, saying order was canceled but i needed to contact my bank to get refund. I thought this was unusual but i contacted my bank on 11/7 and they said there is no hold on funds as ****** Sports was already paid. Tried again to reach them but a recording says they are too busy to answer phones so only contact is via email. Seems like ( to me & the financial institution that since the bank paid them ****** is responsible for the monies owed to me.

      We are not sure where the confusion is with this refund.  The refund was processed in our order management system to a MasterCard #-5978 on 11-2-22 in the amount of $74.26 with transaction ID:  **********

      In our correspondence, we may have indicated that banks or card issuers may take several days to apply the credit to your account, but most completely this within a few days, if not sooner.  The money has been withdrawn from our account for this transactions, so there is nothing further action we can take at this time.  Please monitor your account for the next 30 days as the credit should appear eventually.

      I placed an order on 14 Aug 2022 and received a confirmation email but thats all. So I was just trying to find out the status of my order.       On 4-26-2022 order number B98389 was placed with this company. On 4-28-2022 I received an email that my item was backordered for 9 to 12 weeks. With this information I expected to have the order by the end of July. I have tried calling the company and was informed that they no longer do customer service over the phone. I have sent 4 separate emails requesting delivery information on my order and have received nothing. Their website shows that the items is available for purchase but they have not filled my order. At this time, I would like a refund of the $275.20 that was paid for this order.

      I purchased a baseball catchers mitt on line. The ****** Sports and Outdoors website showed the product was available. After I purchased it, I received an email saying that they will ship the product once it is back in stock. I called the manufacturer and was told they will not have this catchers mitt back in stock until April 2023. All emails and phone calls requesting a refund have not been returned. I have received no response from this company. This behavior is deceiving and unethical.

This email asked you to reply and let us know if you want to place the order on back order or cancel the order due to the back order. We did not receive a reply to our email so the order has been left pending in our system.  We have not captured the payment authorization so you have not been charged.  However, your bank or card issuer likely placed a pending hold on your account for the attempted transaction.  Based on this complaint, we have canceled your order and voided the payment authorization on our end.  Please contact your bank or card issuer regarding any lingering payment hold that remains on your account if it has not already expired.  Once the pending hold expires, you will not see a debit or credit on your account.

      Made an order with ****** ***************** on-line on 11/3/2021 of Hornady 348 Cal **** ****** FTX/100, order #B82246, price $40.69, Shipping $18.66, Total of purchase $59.35. Item to be shipped via ******* ***** Ground. Inquired with ****** ****************** via email on status of order. Was told on 11/21/2021 item on back order. Have not heard from them since and have not received the item. Checked credit cards and have not been charged for the item. Need to know, is order still valid, if not why was I not informed?

      I placed an order with ****** sports on 7/21/22. Never received any tracking information for the order. When i see h the tracking page using the information provided it gives an error message saying nothing matches that information. I have emailed FOUR times regarding update on tracking and received no response. The number online is no longer taking customer service issue by phone. I would like a refund as i dont even believe this company is legit.
