      I have used them at least 20 times throughout my time in Franklin TN and never have had a bad experience, ( electric, plumbing, and Heating /Air). They do quality work and are prompt and courteous. They do the job once and do it correctly without cutting corners. They can be a little higher in price but I've used cheap people before that have cost me more money in the long run.

      Lee Company shows up on time, does the work efficiently and accurately, is priced fairy and treats their customers with respect. One could not ask for more in an HVAC company.

      I am so incredibly pleased with your guys' work! I had used Lee Company for many years for my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. Earlier this year (2022) I decided to try Lee for home repairs and to say I'm pleased is an understatement. I needed my trim painted, a few areas of wood replaced, my deck stained, screens repaired from hail damage and a few other things.
      Jesse H***** met with me and gave me great confidence in Lee's ability to successfully complete my project! Chris, Ben, Cole B******, Taylor and Jerry delivered 110% on the promises that Jesse made! My deck looks better than it did when it was new and it is 25 years old! It's a masterpiece as is everything else!
      I was so comfortable with these guys that I had them continue working even while I was traveling 2000 miles away! I didn't miss a moment's sleep and came home to my wonderfully completed project!
      So in August, when I decided it was time to perform similar maintenance on my mother's home I of course called Jesse with Lee! Ditto everything I've already said about my home! My whole family is pleased!!
      I hope that I have not missed anyone's name because everyone was incredibly professional and kind and thorough!! So if a name was missed, please know that you are included in the praise!!
      As a side note, I had an area of drywall in my home utility room that needed to be replaced and painted in between the 2 projects mentioned above. Chris's work is again, a masterpiece!! The new drywall and paint blends perfectly! You cannot tell at all where the drywall was replaced! Simply amazing!!!
      A company is only as good as the employees that represent it. Fortunately for Lee Company, the guys that have taken care of my projects are absolutely the best!!! Thank you!!!

      I have had multiple problems with this company. 5 units in total so far and issues with every one! Unfortunately, they were the only company responding at the time due to increased AC failures all around. First issue- Unit diagnosed as having a bad compressor. That tech quit next day. Took 3 more weeks for repair due to "confusion with work orders" while we are paying $750/wk+fuel for a freezer truck! Turned out to be the contactor and NOT the compressor. Company still charged for compressor replacement. I brought this to their attention, but sales rep claimed that the repair cost more than original quote (but a contactor costs significantly less). There was a large leak in the system the tech failed to identify. Due to this oversight, we lost 6 more pounds of Freon in 2 days requiring more attention which we were charged for as a "new issue" on top of the costly Freon. Second issue- Repairs were requested for separate units which required the compressors to be replaced. The company sends out multiple technicians for diagnostics which only requires 1 technician-leaving the extra technicians to sit and stand around while 1 does the work and "trains" the others. One "repaired" unit still down. Sales rep claimed bad part from manufacturer. In reality, the compressor was wired wrong (verified by 2 separate technicians). After a separate technician "fixed" that screwup, the unit continually blew fuses. I contacted them again but the diagnostics and repair for that was added to a separate work order for other units. Third Issue- I had contacted them about two separate units. Whilst diagnosing these units, they (again, 2 techs when only 1 is needed) were also diagnosing the previously mentioned fuse issue and tacked all those diagnostic hours for 2 techs from an already paid work order onto the new work order. STAY AWAY!

      Lee Company out of Mt. Juliet replaced our HVAC system earlier this year. Keith C******** with the company did an outstanding job to correct some earlier installment issues. Just recently, he returned to perform routine maintenance and, again, was exceptional in his work! I am basing the review solely on Keith's outstanding work.
