Once again let down by Lee Company.Our unit is less than 3 years old installed by Lee Company-went out-quit cooling.Called in for a repair and was told I would be on the list and could not give me a time when they would be there.Tech showed up at 4 o’clock in the afternoon and checked it out and said it needed a expansion valve and he would need to order the part.This was on Tuesday,then on Wednesday he called back to say he had the part but did not know when he could get back to us, maybe on Friday but likely the next week.Would not be so bad if it was not 100 degrees outside so we just told them we would get someone local to fix it.If Lee Company does not want to service our area stop saying you do.

Lee Company was very responsive and timely when my HVAC unit failed during the severe heat wave. The technicians were courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them. I will continue to use Lee for all my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.Lee Company
