I could not recommend this company more. Although they will suggest certain items to improve your system, they never pressure you into buying anything. Their employees are more than helpful and informative. One technician in particular, Jacob, recently fixed our tankless water heater and would not close the job until we were completely satisfied, which included three different trips to our house to ensure everything operated the way it is supposed to.

I used to be a Lee Co Home Maintenance customer. I also used to regularly call upon Lee Co for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical support for my business. Over the last several months Lee Co's customer service, response time, sense of urgency and overall professionalism has spiraled downward and I could not be more disappointed or frustrated with Lee Co. On two back to back cases, the Lee Co HVAC tech did not show up at home for a my scheduled and confirmed apt. To make matters worse, the dispatch team did not notify me that he would be running late, offer an apology or any sort of compensation. Calling Lee Co dispatch is a nightmare and most of the time I am placed on hold for a long time and I get the run-around. I have requested a full refund of the home maintenance plan fee that I pay each month. I still have not been reimbursed and it's been almost 30 days. I also learned that Lee Co tech are encouraged and incentivized to up-sale customers, add on additional and inflated work/parts, and find any way they can make more money. It's wrong and it's dishonest. DO NOT USE LEE CO.Lee Company

We are very impressed with the quality of technicians employed by the Lee Company. It was time to have the electrical workings of our house inspected and Chris is who we always request to have come.
