I especially would like to acknowledge the expertise, ability, and proficiency of the service technician, Thomas*******, From the Bellevue, TN office, who not only took care of everything I had requested, but even gave me special tips from his unlimited experience. We have been Lee customers for over 15 years. During that period, every employee has been trustworthy, friendly, respectful, and skilled. We recently had our Pressure Reducing Valve replaced by one of their plumbers, Drew provided exceptional service and is a strong positive reflection of Lee and Co. The location of the valve was in a very difficult spot, but Drew completed the job with a great attitude and professionalism. I purchased and had a home backup generator installed on my property, as well as 7 (whole oroperty) surge protectors. They were AWESOME! Cameron was the lead, and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional install. My experience has been excellent.Lee Company

TK is an excellent plumber and is a true advocate for the customers he serves on behalf of Lee company. In his annual inspection yesterday, he identified an issue with our external connections to the sewer. Lee had installed this piping over 7 years earlier but there is an issue. He retrieved the original documentation of the work and went to the Lee office in Bellevue and reviewed the issue with his supervisor. Within an hour he contacted me to share that the piping would all be replaced under warranty and the crew would be out in three days to perform the work. That is service and attention that is rarely provided in today's get it done economy.Lee Company
