Ive been verified on my account for awhile now and have received money from them. but I had to get a new debit card, they let me use the card but want let me get my money because of security issues?? I am filing a formal complaint against Thrillzz Sweepstakes regarding their failure to honor a legitimate cash-out request and their ongoing lack of transparency and cooperation.Despite numerous attempts to withdraw my winnings through the platform, Thrillzz has continually subjected me to repetitive verification processes and inconsistent requirements. Each time I complete one step, I am either redirected to repeat a previous step or presented with a new and often arbitrary requirement. These tactics appear designed to delay or obstruct the cash-out process *********** addition, my follow-up inquiries and support requests have been met with either no response or vague reassurances with no follow-through. I have made multiple good faith efforts to resolve this issue directly with the company, but they have failed to provide a clear or reasonable path forward.This pattern of behavior raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the platforms payout practices. I spent $1,170.74 on Thrillzzs sweepstakes platform, transferred from my ***** account to Cash App and then to Thrillzz (Tuesday: $550 total; Wednesday: $520.64 total). I won over $700, but my account was blocked due to a name mismatch (Geonte ******* ***** vs. ******* *****). After providing proof, Thrillzz unblocked my account on May 10, 2025, at 2:31 PM EDT, admitting their error. I demanded a refund of $1,170.74 due to financial hardship (cant pay bills) and no longer wanting to use their platform. They escalated my request at 2:55 PM EDT but havent responded despite follow-ups, missing deadlines (May 10: 2:50 PM EDT; May 11: 10:00 AM, 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM EDT; May 12: 9:00 AM EDT). Their non-refunded claim lacks support in their terms, violating consumer laws. Thrillzz resolves similar issues on BBB (Thrillzz Inc. Complaints on BBB). Submitted a redemption request for $60.36 to my debit card. Immediately got an error and was told to contact support. This must have been an issue with their payment processor or a glitch. My money is in limbo because my account shows $0. I emailed customer support and they still dont have any answers for me over 24 hours later. For such a small amount of money, and I am a verified user and successfully redeemed before no issues, I thought they could just simply credit my money back to my account. I was a very happy user with ********************** until this incident and recommended it to many friends before because of the fast payouts.
