    Good Morning, im trying to withdraw my winning funds ($600) & it wont allow me to do so, it says theres a verification that needs to be processed .. this is starting to look like a scam.

    I am already verified and they are not letting me redeem my winnings! 246 dollars in winnings that they are withholding! Worried that this is a scam with seeing that MANY others are experiencing the same problem! No response received from tech support!

    I placed a 33$ wager on Thrillzz betting app and profited 55.96$. I go on to redeem my earnings and is met with (unfortunately, your redemption request was unsuccessful). My earnings vanished and my money was stolen. After doing some research, I see many others have experienced similar issues. I am getting the notion that the people who run this app are scammers. Kindly help me resolve this issue so legal measures doesnt have to be taken.

    Completed the verification process and went to withdraw some of my winnings however its now saying there is another verification process that reviews transactions but I never provided them with my card or bank info I used Apple Pay when I made my first and only purchase so Im confused and believe this company is trying to withhold my winnings

    On October 16, 2024, I made multiple purchases and picks on Thrillzz. This is standard for me, as I am a loyal user or player and have been for quite some time. Where the issue begins is with regard to actually redeeming my winnings. Previously, all of my redemptions or withdrawals with Thrillzz have been processed instantly. However, when trying to redeem $83.04 in tickets on the 16th of October, Thrillzz gave me a new strange message stating "Redeem Verification We're performing some quick checks before your funds can be redeemed. This process will be completed shortly." Despite the claims of rapid processing, previous successful Thrillzz redemptions, and the fact that my account is fully verified, I am still yet to receive my funds as of today. I have reached out to Thrillzz support and am yet to hear back from them, either. I have been doing some research and have seen countless individuals making similar reports to my own, claiming that Thrillzz is prohibiting them from withdrawing for extended periods of time in a similar way that my withdrawals are being blocked. This makes me feel quite concerned as a player as I now fear the app is not going to allow me access to my funds.I believe that this issue is both intentional and systemic at the hands of Thrillzz. For whatever reason, a user's tickets such as my own are not removed from one's wallet after they place a redemption or withdrawal request now. Instead, they remain available despite submitting a request to redeem them, which should obviously remove the tickets from the wallet while the transaction is pending. This means that users can still do what Thrillzz encourages the most and re-buy "Sweeps" or "Coins" with one's tickets while they are artificially forced to wait for processing. While I do not want to exaggerate over just $83, when players like me can not even make small redemptions, it definitely discourages or ****** more significant activities or purchases where redemptions would be larger.

    Hello, I started using the app "thrillz" and its been TERRIBLE and I have MULTIPLE sportsbooks that let me Cash out my FUNDS that I DEPOSITED, not some FREE COINS. they're telling me that they have to verify my identity and it's been more than 3 days? No answer or RESPONSE...very unprofessional!! I would like a resolution immediately!!! Give me my funds!!

    Thrillzz has not let me withdraw my balance at all despite claiming to have verified me to do so. I've tried with multiple bank accounts and debit cards of which I send and receive money every day with no issues whatsoever. This website/app is becoming an obvious scam and I believe they began by paying out some people to lure people in and now are just taking everyone's money. It's a shame because it's a very fun app to use, but is just another scam.

    We checked in our system the account of *********** ***** with phone number **************, and we are not sure on their complaint. The minimum prize tickets to redeem is 50 (add the link to the guide we are using), and the user never had the balance to redeem. There is also no current balance in the account, and they have never contact us in support.

    Thrillzz refuses to allow me to withdraw my recent winnings even though it has verified my identity and allowed me to withdraw winnings in the past. It has refused to allow me to withdraw my $147.37 in winnings for days, claiming that it is performing some quick checks before my funds can be redeemed.

    I won money on their site. They won't reply or email back to me. I was able to withdraw before perfectly fine and now I get a pop up message saying they have to verify my account every time I try to withdraw. I believe they are running ponzi scheme in that they hook new users and gain trust by paying their first few deposits then they no longer pay them afterwards.

    On Monday June 3rd I Signed Up For Thrillzz Sports book, the app/website was very faulty and glitchy when first introduced, but its come a long way. I wouldnt be able to tell or recall the dates in between but I was having no issue with the app, because simply I was winning, which made my experience better. Unfortunately for me, I won an accumulative amount of nearly 1000+ tickets as referred to on their website. I wanted to redeem them instead was prompted to verify my identity (June 12th) once again after initially verifying my identity just to sign up. They would eventually unblock me and tell me I am free to use their app, but when logged in I cannot access the ability to withdraw my funds. I contacted Thrillzz whom it may concern numerous occasions, they lack quality customer support, who told me I would have to verify once again with another verification of theirs. Once I submitted the information, til the date of this complaint, Ive still been waiting to access my money. Please note in order to participate, I had to make purchases on the site which also accumulated to about $600-1000+ and its unethical for me as a consumer to be using a platform with such poor response time. In efforts Im hoping to gain access back into my account, withdrawal winnings, and part ways with the app unless they have a good reasoning for this prolonged customer service.
